Very disappointed with my experience at Atascosa Dodge. I spoke to Jessica twice to confirm that the truck I wanted to see was available and that it fit my specifications. She said that she personally went out to look at the truck and verified that it was indeed what I was looking for. We scheduled a time to meet that same day and when I arrived I was told that she was out to lunch. I was helped by another person who said that the truck that I came to look at isnt on the lot, but of course they had a similar one at a higher price. Jessica came back from lunch about 15 minutes after our appointment time and when I asked her how she looked at the truck for me when its not even there she said "oh, well I didnt check the VINs, I just assumed that the other [more expensive] truck was that one." I wasted 45 minutes driving each way and hour at the dealership getting the run around while they tried to figure out if they had the truck or not and tried to sell me a more expensive one.

Extremely poor customer service in the Service Department along with Management/Owner. Bought a vehicle in July of last year, I took it in for maintenance in which they did a poor job of fixing the issue. I was treated with nothing but disrespect and extremely unprofessional the entire time my vehicle was there. Not only was I treated poorly, but while I had a loaner vehicle from them I was hit by another party. I received the other parties insurance information and they would not file the claim with the other party, causing the accident to go onto my insurance and I was at fault, with a police report stating the other party was at fault. The service department treated my insurance adjuster with the same disrespect as I was treated with. I will never do business with this dealership again.

i"ve purchased four trucks, two Jeeps and always got the best price of all the dealers I visited. They have a freindly environment and make you feel at home. In repose to the service department mentioned in other reviews I can tell you that all RAM dealers are overwhelmed by demand for service due the increase of sales of RAM pickups. The San Antonio dealers are all scheduling appointments in excess of one month from the time you contact them. If your interested in a RAM or Jeep product you will not find a better deal than Always.

Worst place ever! Service Advisors are LAZY and WORTHLESS! They dont even come out from behind the counter to speak to you about your vehicle. Dont bother asking when your vehicle will be ready because theyll roll there eyes as if you should some how know their work load and timelines...AVOID THIS HORRIBLE PLACE FILLED WITH USELESS PEOPLE!!! Ashamed to own a Dodge after my experience!

Purchased my 14 3500 here and Brian was super helpful and got me into the right truck for my needs. Service has always been super friendly and made accommodations even when service was needed out of the blue. I drive 50 miles to go there and pass by 2 other dodge dealers along the way. Skip the BS and go here. Youll thank me later. :)

I wouldnt buy a stick of gum from these people. Very cocky and arrogant. I left here feeling very dissatisfied and drove 250 miles to Blake Fulenwider in Eastland and was treated like a king! Bought s new Laramie Longhorn at Blake Fulenwider and received excellent service.

Went in to their service department to buy an oil filter. I told them the make, model, year, and edition... and they still gave me the wrong filter. Its not worth the trip to return a $7 item.
