I gave this place 1500 down and drove off with a used 2009 Hyundai Sonata. I was happy with the vehicle even though it was a little banged up here and there. I came through a hardship, lost my job, and fell behind on my payments. I drove to el paso my hometown to visit my family. I was behind on my car payment a little over a month and they decided this would be a good time to repossess my vehicle. I called them willing to get caught up in full on my payments and they stated they wouldnt give it back to me unless i paid the remaining estimated $9000 in full. I had already put about $3000 into the payments. They now have my money and will now resell it to someone else. I may have messed up on my payments but this car company is being shady. If you read this it is probably common sense to go somewhere else. They saw an opportunity to screw me and they took it. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Absolutely love neel but I will never get a car from here again. Put 700 down came back in less than a week to pay an additional 300. I get paid by weekly and they charge semi monthly. Lady saud shes not even willing to wait til my employment check clear n 1 business day so i can make payment. Due to my second time being late. Ive buried my mom n brother both in one month and I made a payment on my paydays which is all I can do for now cuz funerals are beyond expensive. Ask me did she care. Smh not 1 bit. I see now this place is just about money n so greedy cant even give me a day. Told me make the payment or bring the keys. I have invested all I 2nd in this vehicle smh

My mother bought a vehicle here at it runs great, the customer service from EVERYONE there was the best. They went out of their way to make sure my mom got the vehicle that best met her needs and made her payment comfortable to what she could afford. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. They make you feel like family they are the best. Im thinking of buying soon. Great job everyone at Westside Used Cars!
