I bought a Ford f 150 from them about a 2 months ago. The first 5 days the check engine light came on, we called them and they said it could be different reasons why it came on. We took it back so they can fix the issue. They changed the catylic convertors and problem was fixed. Then about a week later the truck was messing up again. It was sputtering at 40 mph. Told them again then they calmed to have fixed it, they said "we took it to the ford dealership and they fix it." Keep in mind it was a month process. So for the first month I only had my truck for about a week and the rest of the time they had been fixing it. I finally got my truck back and thought no more issues, but no, still acting up and doing the same thing. Took it to my mechanic and not even 5 min he told me what was wrong and how to fix it. He changed the spark plugs and 2 bad coils. Essay fix. Dont know what or where they were taking the truck but it wasnt good. DO NOT RECOMMEND buying your vehicles from here.

Purchased a 03 Suzuki Aerio from this location. The salesperson Ray showed us the car, and despite several question about previous accident history, he told me it was never in an accident. Ordered a CarFax and the car was involved in (3) accidents in Texas. Called to ask why I was told it was not involved in an accident and couldnt get a straight answer. There was a lot of damage they tried to cover up, promised to fix, and never did so. They had the back seat secured with zip ties instead of replacing the bolts. They have "in house financing" at 18% - 24% interest at loan shark rates. I paid my car off in less than two years, but know that many may never get their car paid off at that rate. Highly recommend purchasing a car at another dealer, scam artists at work here. If you do look for a car here, be sure to get a CarFax, check the Kelly Blue Book Value, and get it inspected by an independent third party.

Im a single mom and my daughter and I needed a car bad.Well after going to about 10 places including Alamo Downtown they were the place I came back to.Moses was so nice and very honest, advised of things other dealers should have but didnt. Out of all of them he/they was/were the only one to help me with my credit situation but also they not only dropped the price for me they found me a newer car,cheaper, lower payment, and has less miles then the car I wanted the day before at another dealer who just jacked the price up on me.I recommend them and especially Moses to everyone! Thank you guys,we love our new car

Ive never been treated so well in a car dealership. Moses was amazing,. Very professional knowledgeable . They financed me very fairly with affordable payments ive been struggling to get to work, and now I got a better job because I can drive to work. This is a used car that had one owner they gave me a free Carfax report and everything checked out amazing deal. I bought this car six months ago and still going strong no maintenance problems.

I called these guys just to see if they had any small Toyotas. The guy on the other line just rushed through and was really negative. Said no, we dont have any. No small Toyotas at all? Thats weird. It was like they were doing me a favor. Im sorry, but if youre offering a service or product and answering the phone, be as courteous as possible. We dont need your crap. Now, Im just bummed that there wasnt a lower rating than one star!

I used to have bad credit, and gave Alamo a try at their downtown location. Got me an old 2001 Hyundai XG300, and after 3 years of establishing my credit, traded it for a 2013 new Corolla!!! ... I have since traded in that 13 for a 14, and really like my ride. Moses, adn George was very helpful, and liked his honesty in helping me with my choice. Thanx guys,~ Pauly

Bought a 04 Mitsubishi and 2 months later my catalytic converter is bad, I called to ask if they repaired JOE stated we have a shop but we ONLY work on Toyotas. AND he told me to get it fixed on my own and that it wasnt his problem.. so take my word especially if you dont have the extra cash...
