This place is unorganized and lacks communication. John the manager was very rude to me and even judged me based on my age. I usually go in there to make weekly payments and for once i decided to skip a week to save up more than 2 weeks worth of what i usually give. My car got repod and was never even notified of being past due, did not receive a phone call or voicemail nor a letter. Then they tried saying that i didnt have insurance on the vehicle even though i provided proof to them twice and was confirmed by John that everything was clear. Now they are stating that there was not even that conversation and never received proof of insurance. And what really is going to prevent me from ever going to them again is that John had the nerve to ask me how old i was and i stated that that wasnt important right now i am trying to get my vehicle back and he stated that yes it is cause we are not going to babysit you. Wow such professionalism! Im a 23 year old hard working pregnant female whos been independent since the age of 16, i think im well past the babysitting stage dont you think! These people lie and judge, not worth it.

People were nice n promised alot I paid good money for the truck 4 months later truck broke down. I called them n they told me there was nothing they were going to do after paying 18k for a truck that I only use for couple months. Im already to much money into the truck so I had no choice but to rebuild the motor $3600 I will never buy from These guys again nothing but issues n false promises that they will help u after ur warranty is up its a bunch of lies. Make shure if u guys are choosing to buy a car from these people u go get it checked out elsewhere I would for this to happen to someone else.

I am in the market for a Toyota Tacoma and stopped in to see one Discount had. The salesman (John) was extremely friendly and told me they didnt currently have one on the lot. A few weeks later, John called me and let me know he had one on hand. I went to the lot, took a test drive and asked a lot of questions. John was very helpful and brought up things I had never considered about the vehicle. The truck was not the color the color I was looking for but I very much appreciated Johns follow-up and knowledge. I would definitely come back. No pressure, no games--very straight forward.

Facebook just reminded me that it has been a whole year since i purchased my 2014 Jeep Compass from Discount Auto Center! The whole process was painless...saw the vehicle online, submitted the online application, went down to the dealership test drove, and loved the car and walked out with my new to me vehicle! Amazing service I really recommend buying a vehicle at this place the staff has great communication, great prices, and they dont put you in a position where you get a vehicle and end up f****ing you over like the rest I went to and they. Also they dont lead you on and tell you that youll get the vehicle then end up selling it to someone else. Very great and friendly place.
