We went there for a Ford Taurus and they started the process, they also "claimed" to inspected my Toyota which has a huge dent in the door. Anyways, the first guy, a young fella says we can do also leases but we decline and make sure we want to buy not lease. Anyways, we go outside as they offer no service beside Popcorn and water... In this time they inspect my Toyota. My car was not moved and beside the young sales guy asking for my keys I saw no mechanic or other sales or management person near the car. About twenty minutes later we are asked to come back into the building and now it gets funny. Now they switch sales personal, first it was some other guy saying that we would get 2870$ for the Toyota and we expect him to tell us how we are financing the Ford Taurus we want to buy but he introduces an older, rude guy. He starts talking about leasing.... While we waited I saw the lease option cars and all they had was a gas guzzling Dodge and a old Nissan SUV not even worth to know the name. We made clear from the get go we want a deal with the ford Taurus and all of a sudden I am getting run over by some rude dude, who doesnt listen, offers me two crappy cars and we tell him we just want a list of the Ford Taurus they had at other locations which we want and then come back or not and he just keeps on.... I walked away with our daughter and my husband waited 10 minutes for a crap list of cars, overpriced as checked now on Kelly Blue Book. If you really need a car and think this is the place for you suit yourself but I was not very impressed. Take a close look at the cars. Test drive the car. Take it to a different dealer and get it checked. I followed my guts and declined. The whole process was in perspective downright degrading. Do your research on this place. Just remember, not so great selection of cars, high miles and over-priced. And some fight trained older sales dude who is full of himself.... which discloses his sales attitude and reading many reviews somehow their sales process for people I suggest with not so good credit. Might be that my credit is not poor I felt like I am poor all of a sudden. And I am not dumb either. This place is a rip off. They prey on people with poor credit and in desperate need of a car. Many reviews state engine problems as soon as buyer drove of the lot... poor brakes, rotor problems..... Their policies are getting them out good in any way you deal with them if it is perfect for you is another question, reading and doing research I am glad I left WITHOUT even spending more time there as I needed to figure out what scam it is and WITHOUT a car ; ) I will find and buy the car I WANT just not at this place and under my condition that I stated clearly from the get go. Total failure of a crappy car sales cooperation. Not a dime my friends not a damn dime of my hard earned money.

Drive time? NOOO DONT DO IT! PLEASE STAY AWAY! Ssssave urself the frustrations and headache. The 1st day was nice and there was a car i was dying fo.r i was scheduled for paper work the day after next. on my way to DT they called me to make sure i was still coming 1:52. I told them yes ill b the by 2. Got there and brought everything they needed from me. while waiting the dealer made idol chit chat with me. I then ask if they had anything new for me to look at he then said yes.leaving the building i notice that the cars he was showing me were the same ones from the other day. confuse i lost interest. he then asked me to test drive this vehicle that i hated with a passion. after we were done with the test driving he then asked me how i felt about the car. my dislike was pretty clear. we then walked back and waited for the papers to be processed. but little did i know that they had sold the car i had orginal wanted. and failed to tell me on the phone or when i walked through the door. even with all that trouble i still purchased a car with them. after one day of driving i then notice that my tire is flat. took it back they then tell me that there nothing the can do. My first payment on my car was earlier then i expected especially when i asked for the payments to be on or after my paydays.I then called to complain about there lack of listening. they then did the whole run around in phone calls and holds. next was my insurance my payments were set up on the 21st of each month. some how DT has it set up a whole week early. so there new tracker starts to beep in warning "ur car going to shut off." with a wholeweek going by to solving the issue with the insurance and DT the issue was solve. well is what i thought until the next month when it happen again and the car shuts off. making me late for work on the same issue. that was solve a month ago. more run arounds and holds. i was sure looking forward too that. and now the warranty, its not as great as they make it. my light came on for an oil change and ive only use 2021miles on the car. i check just to make sure it not the system it wasnt. i called the warranty to get this job done. they then told me that i have to use 4000mile for the warranty to work. so i will have to pay out of pocket i was not happy to hear that especially when im paying all this money and it happened a day after them turning off my car. I then was feed up and called.. again.... DT and this TIME asked for a manager. more run around and holds. and he too was just as bad as the rest. trying to tell me that the light is on because of system failure. and i was like "no sir i no how to check the oil and i no the color black and below lever checker." DONE DONE IM DONE WITH DT. IM SOOOO MAD IM MAKING a youtube video so i can warn the people. STAY AWAY if i could rate them lower then a 1 i would.

Very easy process and good customer service. Juan was great! Everything was explained thoroughly and easy to understand. I love my new SUV! Update: Buyers remorse to say the least. I had my SUV for 6 days before the check engine light came on, the vehicle wouldnt start, and the brakes almost went out while driving my son to school and I had to use the emergency brake to keep us from wrecking. We contacted Silver Rock regarding the issues and they sent us to pep boys to have the vehicle checked. Pep boys sent us to the Dodge dealer because they could not fix it since apparently several of the issues were under manufacturer warranty. My vehicle was in the shop the past 3.5 wks and I have successfully made one down payment and two car payments already on a vehicle I only had for six days in my actual possession. To top it off the numerous repairs the dealer had to make were not all covered by warranty so had to pay an extra $200 for a transmission flush because the vehicle had the wrong fluid put in it before purchase which caused the vehicle several malfunctions. Drive time claims to do checkpoint inspections on their vehicles however just be cautious because apparently they dont pay attention to which fluid belongs in their vehicles and the new owner will be responsible for the repairs if youre lucky enough to not crash and get injured from their careless oversights. Meanwhile drive time can only offer you an apology and transfer you to "customer service" to look into the issues at a future date because wasting your time for 1 month and happily taking your money for selling you a lemon isnt enough of an inconvenience. Buyers beware please! Yes used cars are always a risk when purchasing but it shouldnt be to this extent when the dealer you purchase from claims to do thorough inspections on the vehicles they sell you.
