Highly disappointed...twice. Came out to Nissan of Boerne to look at a 2014 Maxima that I had seen listed online. After taking the vehicle out for a test ride, we proceeded to sit down and work on details. When I told the salesman I had my own financing set up through RBFCU (1.8%) I was informed that if I choose to use my own financing the price would increase an additional $500. In addition, there was also an $895 car wash fee (their cost for maintaining vehicle) to be added to price. Really? Shouldnt the cost of vehicle already include this? Mind you this was no where indicated on their website. I checked several times. As we entered the negotiation process, I was passed on from salesman to finance manager to used car manager to guy in suit whose name I didnt catch all in the span of an hour. Each trying to convince me to purchase their vehicle at their price. I should mention that I have purchased about 11/12 Nissan vehicles in the past 20 years and am well aware of what I should pay. At this point I indicated I would think about it as I had a meeting to attend and had to leave. Fast forward one week later and I return to dealership hoping to purchase an Altima this time (The cost of comprehensive insurance for a Maxima changed my mind to an Altima). Same scenario...test drive, sit down to work on details. Again, the $895 car wash fee is added to price of vehicle. Again, I am forced to listen to a finance manager, Brian, tell me that since I am using my own financing, I would have to pay an addtional $500, however if I use NMAC financing he could lower the price $500. WOW! A $1000 difference in price to use my own financing and on top of that a higher interest rate through NMAC. I inform Brian that the additional $500 is not indicated on website. He states at advertised price they are already losing money and as a high-volume dealer that is their best price" (typical car sales jargon). Ive been in enough car dealership offices to know where this is going so I thank him for his time and leave. I know this is a long comment, so let me summarize: 1) If you are looking for a dealership that offers the same car sales tactics; 2) getting passed on from person to person in hopes you pay what they want; 3) paying an additional $1400 to price advertised; 4) want to get penalized for having good credit, then Nissan of Boerne is the dealership for you.

We had a challenging experience with the sales team. My son was purchasing his first vehicle on a payment plan. He wanted something affordable in a small sport utility vehicle. He was on a very tight timeline to travel out of state to get to his new job. The sales staff worked very hard to get some parts delivered overnight allowing for minor repairs to be made in time for the trip prior to the start of his new job. The sales staff stated that they had covered every detail to ensure the vehicle and all documentation was complete. One of the parts is still in route, which my son will have to install it by himself. The sales manager offered to ship it to him as soon as it arrives, stating the part would be shipped the next day for overnight delivery Two weeks later I have a disappointing update. It turns out that the parts which were ordered for overnight delivery were actually not received or installed. Jose (the sales manager for this transaction) specifically told me that one of the parts was installed before the vehicle went to the body shop for installation and paint of the final part. The part had not even been received. We were then promised that the part would arrive the next day (which was too late for my son to make it in time for his new job). Jose promised to ship the part to my son overnight as soon as it came in to the dealership. Yesterday (two weeks later) my son received a text stating that the part was shipped via UPS. He was NOT told when the part actually shipped, nor was he told when to expect the part to arrive. I can understand shipping delays, but. I cannot accept being told a part has already been installed when it has not been received. I do not like being lied to. I now question whether any of the other work was completed. This has been a very disappointing process. The vehicle has had other issues since the purchase. I feel like the dealership was not up front with the details of the condition of the vehicle.

My husband and I were browsing online for a bigger vehicle for our growing family, when we came across a 2014 Dodge Durango located at Nissan Boerne dealership. Weve been to dealership to dealership and couldnt find anything that met our needs. Were from San Antonio, but we drove all the way to Boerne to check out the vehicle and see what they had. As we walked into the dealership, a very nice and wonderful sales consultant name Kevin Reid approached and open the door then ask if we needed help with anything. We told the usual "we are just browsing" routing. We couldnt find the Durango at first, so I asked Kevin for help. He was extremely friendly, very lay back, informative, very easy to talk to, and very polite and respectful. As we were talking and getting to know each other, it was like talking to an old friend that we havent seen in a long time. Kevin showed us the 2014 Dodge Durango that we saw online and we test drove it and it was amazing! We immediately fell in love with the vehicle and it had everything we wanted for our growing family. There were other vehicles that we were interested in but Kevin made sure we didnt stray off are needs and our budget. The Durango was such a great deal that we couldnt pass it up, so we bought it. Kevin made the paper work process go very smoothly and fast. This was the BEST experience we ever had at a dealership and its all thanks to my man Kevin. If youre looking for a new vehicle, I STRONGLY recommend checking out Nissan of Boerne Dealership and ask for Kevin Reid. Thank you so much Kevin for your help. You will always be in our hearts. We will be back very soon to purchase our next vehicle from Nissan of Boerne! See you soon Kevin!!

It is very deceived about their listed price. You have to add more than $ 1000 over that. If it lists $ 15,000, then really price is $ 16,000 something, because it hides $ 983 protection fee and $ 98 some other fee. It is not an option. If you were local, it is alright for you to stop by this dealer. I drove 4 hr to get there. The salesman - Adnan is a big liar, very rude, and has a very bad attitude, and will say anything to get you there, and then changed his tone and story. Also be careful what they post in their website, the car could be already sold, but it still hangs in there. Adnan would tell you it is still available. When you got there, he would tell you it "just sold 10 minutes ago." I wont recommend that anyone has to drive more than 20 miles to visit this dealer.. Anyhow, I wont be there any more. This part is added review on 01/15/2016. Their deceived sale method is showing a pattern. You could see a post in Yelp in which this deal first did not keep their ad price, which is a contract with public, and then added $ 2000 without any explanation. Another thing, the buyer should be careful. You need to go there during the day time and look the entire car very very carefully, I really mean " very, very, very." because they would put a certified label on a car which apparently had body damage which the paint does not match neighboring panel. I noticed the particular 2014 or 2015 Nissan Altima S with 20 K mileage on it. I questioned Adnan about that car when he tried to sell me. Mr. Adnan did not answer the question, rather talking something else.
