Ive had such bad experience lately with Kia ancira and World car kia. Since Ive trading in my soul which gave me zero issues I decided on a 2017 Sportage! I was excited and treated great until my a/c went out only after about 30days. Ok not really expected with purchasing a vehicle brand new off the lot. So I called only to be treated poorly. I could not get anyone to call me back I kept calling finally spoke with someone and was told to bring my vehicle in. great! Nope a/c went out again after 2 separate attempts and visits finally a gentleman higher up called me and recommend I take my vehicle to Kia Ancira so I did they were nice kept my vehicle for about 5 days over 4th of July weekend which I hated because I was excited to take my new Sportage on my camping trip but never happened had to take a rental. I go to pick up my vehicle when they finally called that it was fixed. drive about a block away from the dealership and hot air starts to blow out of my a/c again well thats not ok especially after having my brand new vehicle for 5 days youd think theyd checked my a/c before they let me drive off!! So I sat and waited so they could take it to the back and fix it again took about 20/30 minutes and bam its cold air blowing. Id like to say thats the end of my worries but its not. exactly 30 days later my a/c is out again!! This has been my 4th trip to service department to get my a/c fixed. Did I get a lemon? Am I suppose to return every 30 days to have my a/c fixed? obviously something is WRONG with this vehicle what a mess I miss my soul. My biggest frustration is the lack of communication they give. When do I get my vehicle back? Whats really going on with my Sportage and not to mention no apology for having to visit the 2 different dealerships 4 times and no one seems to get it right. I didnt trade in my soul and choose a 2017 to have this many issues already!! seriously can anyone help!!! Funny how everyone at the dealership is eager to see you purchase but when you really need help all you get is crappy customer service. NOT HAPPY KIA make this right its not my fault I was sold a vehicle with issues.

Went to dealer after being referred by the USAA car buying service looking for a specific vehicle. Within half hour that car was brought, did test drive, talked with salesman G (dont remember his full name). Let me say, G was amazing. Straight forward, knowledgeable, intelligent; G gets 5 Stars. Sadly, the rest of the experience just didnt live up to the bar G set. During the pricing, I expressly said I did not want the dealers "appearance package" which was priced $1400. Was told this wouldnt be a problem and it could be declined since this car hadnt received it yet. Unfortunately, this did not carry over to the finance office (they were able to beat the USAA rate by 1%). Was told by the sleaziest, most unprofessional looking finance guy that we HAD to get the package to buy the car. I refused and he called in one of the managers who pretty much said "take it or leave it". This is even with the TruCar fine print saying we dont have to buy any additions to get the price offer. But at this point, we had 2 days of work into buying this car so we folded and took it. But it ruined the rest of the experience. Oh, and when I went back to do the appearance package, I had to remind them to put on the wheel locks. And, after asking no less then 6 people there if I needed to take out my car seat and being told no they will loosen it and remove it, they didnt touch it and just scotch guarded around it. Had to remove it myself, like I offered, and wait another half hour to be finished. Again, G was amazing and I would go to whatever dealer he works at to buy from him again. But the rest of the dealership cant live up to his performance.

Do yourself a favor DO NOT buy a car from this dealership, NOT worth it! If you really want a KIA go to the one is more up north they have BETTER customer service there. If I had the option not to put one star I would but it doesnt work I tried. We just bought a new car at that location and weve had nothing but issues with them about the car we just got. FIRST: We took it to get our windows done, tires lock, etc. It took two days to do that, and apparently didnt finish the job. SECOND: after the "work" was done they returned our New car with scratches on the front bumper, broken piece and a dent on the car. THIRD: customer service is TERRIBLE from the service department (Jannette lady is always up front), even sales managers (J.Aguillon) and the guy that is supposed to answer every question you have in the moment you have to sign all the paper work (Salazar) are completely RUDE and with NO EDUCATION what so ever (Perla C.), just because you speak Spanish they assumed your ignorant and stupid but the TRUTH is that other people have more education and manners then all of them! Sales people there are super PUSHY, they want you to buy the car THEY want so they can get all the used cars or messed up ones out and not the one your are actually willing to buy. NOT WORTH WASTING YOUR TIME HERE!!!! Go somewhere else where you would be treat it with RESPECT AND MANNERS. Lastly, ALL the "good" comments here are completely FAKE there is NOT one good thing about this place AT ALL.

We bought a car at World Car Kia South and was promised service to replace the brake pads. When we took it in a few days later ( got there 15 minutes after they opened in the morning on a Wednesday), they made us wait for 5 hours and were very rude. We started noticing that people that brought their cars in after us, their cars were getting done and we were still waiting. After 3 hours of waiting, the man at the service desk would not even go check on the status of our car to give us an update. I was frustrated and honestly, it seemed like none of the management even cared. It wasnt until we called the customer relations (after 4 hours of waiting) before the service manager (who was on-site at the time) came out of her office to talk to us. Five hours later she finally called the mechanics to " bring the keys". She said everything was "done" , but we received no paperwork, nothing. Driving home, the brakes didnt feel any different than they did when we brought the car in. The service department here was the worst I have ever seen and totally negated any positive experience that we had in the sales department. I will never bring my car here again and I recommend that you go elsewhere also.

I had my first roadside assistance experience yesterday. I got a flat on an interstate an hour outside of San Antonio. The representative got frustrated because she couldnt find then she said Id have to wait because help was coming to me! It was 4 pm when i hung up and i was not picked up until 545. I called kia letting them know I would not be there by 7. I was traveling with my 8 year old daughter and we were not close to home. They gave me the run around, put me on hold,sent me to voicemail and the service manager would not take my call because she was working on reports. I purchased my vehicle here and the salesman assured me that not having a spare tire would not be an issue. Well turns out that it was a HUGE issue and the kia service department did not care. They said the per policy they couldnt wait 15 minutes and they dont carry tires. Really! We dont get spares, how can you not be ready when your customers need you. I love my kia but the service manager at this kia needs a lesson in customer service and compassion!!!!
