I had a window regulator go out everyone there said the part would be in monday I needed it monday to take dad to get eye surgery they said part be here monday I made other arrangements for him and monday come and I called every 2hrs no part one parts person looked it up said it would be here Tuesday and they would call me 2wks have come and gone and never received a call of any kind I feel they should have called and told me something while I was waiting for mechanic to look at it he drove my car in stall then went and worked on 3 other cars after I was there when he did look at mine it took him 5min why couldnt he have tested mine then I wouldnt have had to stay there for 2hrs to be told cant fix it part be here Monday
