Purchased a used vehicle on a Friday. Starting to regret the purchase - double check the advertising, make sure it is not deceptive. We negotiated to take the vehicle to our mechanic AFTER we signed papers and included a service contract/warranty -- instead of prior to the purchase. Our mechanic found over $5000 worth of issues. When we called concerning our warranty, they declined to honor it. While I am saying these issues, the salesperson, Jerry, was very understanding of our situation post-sale and wanted to help. Edit - the owner and I are in negotiations for us to return the vehicle. He is being understanding of our issues with the vehicle after I mentioned the Deceptive Trade Practice Act and consulted an attorney. I have also contacted the Texas DMV as well as the Texas Attorney General (both have opened investigations). We will also be contacting the BBB. Lastly, we are going to contact the military commanders in the area to ensure military personnel from Lackland, Ft Sam, Randolph and Kelly understand these issues. Bottom line, the vehicles they have look very nice on the outside. MAKE sure you take a trusted agent (mechanic) with you and get a thorough test drive. I would NOT deal with this company again.

Be careful when buying at Genesis. Went to look at a Cadillac they had. I asked if any issues and he mentioned minor things. I then asked for the Carfax report. He showed me something he said was only a "top level" report without much detail. So I made an offer but said I needed to run Carfax on my phone. So...turns out the car had frame damage from an accident and they knew about it. I walked out. The funny thing is, after I left they raised the price $1000!!

This place is very friendly and helpful, and their lot has many great cars at affordable prices, at leat to my taste, which is for example, g35, g37 charger and cts! When checking out the dealer also gave me additional miles on my waranty, so, yea, awesome place! Would recommend for anyone looking for used cars (or pick ups, your choice).
