Horrible service department... Kept having issues with repairs that were performed, tried explaining what exactly needed fixed, nothing was done. Drove truck 40 miles and it died. Had towed back, they said nothing wrong with it after two weeks of it sitting. Drove 20 miles and it died in front of the nearest competitive Ford dealer. They found the problem pretty dang quick; Oh it was exactly what I told them to check out at Bailey and they didnt. Baileys wouldnt make anything right... Just shrugged it off. They only want to sell vehicles, not actually fix them correctly. I personally wouldnt even take skunk roadkill to be looked at Bailey.

They took my money. I paid a deposit and couldnt accept delivery. I sold the car for them and they kept my deposit.
