What ever happened to civility and respect?! I visited the store on the afternoon of July 30, 2017 and was looking at the display stands for a specific scoop when the owner, Marty Rook, came over with another client and proceeded to turn the display - while I was looking - and he reached across in front of me to grab an item for another client. It is my expectation that a person will wait their turn or at the very least excuse their momentary rudeness, a lesson I have instilled in my children. He never waited until I was done, never excused himself, or never apologized for his complete lack of respect for ALL clients. I asked him directly if I happened to be in his way and he seemed stunned and muttered an apology. I was so astonished by the lack of manners from - of all people - the owner, that I put down all my items and walked out. I calmed down and called Marty to explain why I was upset and walked out of the store and before I could finish my sentence, he interrupted me by stating, “I am not interested in why you walked out. I am sorry you were offended. I hope you find your things elsewhere.” So apparently it does not matter to Marty that he lost a client.

Wow. What a store. The staff is top notch and extremely knowledgeable. If you have questions, they can answer them. This place has charm, great variety of high end products along with unique items that are hard to find. Worth the trip.
