We used flood ford for our repairs of our 5 vehicles for my landscaping company for about 3 years for lack of a better option. Issues started piling up, and I finally made a complaint when the $8000 engine replacement that was performed on our truck was brought in for our first oil change and in their writing they stated it was 3 quarts low on oil and "must be burning oil". I brought up this to the head of the customer service, Gator, along with the fact that they had charged us 3x to replace a door handle that snapped off (if they fixed it right, you would think it would not have snapped off 2 more times with different drivers). Along with this, on another vehicle we had them "fix" the AC. I personally picked up the truck 3 separate times after being "repaired" (and invoiced for the "repair) and each time in the parking lot the AC did not work. I demanded these issues be addressed; Gator was at first very helpful and almost restored my impression of Flood. He sent two guys out to pick up my trucks, bring them to Flood, and repaired them at no cost to us. They fixed the door handle free of charge (plus an oil change), were "monitoring" the levels of the oil in the other truck, and attempted (and failed) at fixing the AC once more. However, I had Gators promise that he would fix the AC free of charge until it was fixed. I brought in the truck once more, for a tire change, to check the engine since it is still burning oil, and to fix the AC. I was told that the AC would cost me ~900 and that the tire I gave them to install had a hole in it so it would be $417 for a new one installed (the guy I bought it from swears there are no holes and it was pressure tested on a machine along with 16 others. Although I dont think Flood would do this, they never did give me the old tire back so I will leave that conclusion up to you). We had to replace the same tire a week later and got it done at Richmond Tire for $238. My last email with them pretty much sums up my experience. Gator finally tried touching base with me only after I sent this email to him: "I have to say I was extremely unimpressed with this last service. We dropped of the truck on Friday 7/25 and told Steph we needed it back for Monday. If this wasnt possible, this should have been communicated to us. Instead, we were given the run around and the truck was not touched and sat in your lot until Tuesday 8/5. Every time we would call we were given the run around with no updates on the status. I left you a message (no return call). Instead you opted to continue to pass along messages through Steph. We still have documentation that the truck was "3 quarts low" when we brought it in for its first oil change after paying flood $8000 to replace the engine. We were told during this waiting period on the last visit the mechanics were "monitoring the oil levels" but we have GPS on the truck and it didnt move until Tuesday 8/5. The oil pressure gauge on the truck has been fluctuating wildly and it has clearly been burning or losing oil with this engine. All this aside, last we spoke you gave me your word you would fix the AC at no further charge. Yet, we were now told that this was not the case and you guys even had the nerve to try to charge us for the diagnostic after Flood already tried to fix the AC 3 times and failed completely. All this without even a word from you. Needless to say, we will not be using Flood anymore in the future and lets hope this engine does not seize in which case you will hear from us again."

I have nothing but excellent things to say about Flood Ford of Narragansett, Tim W the General Manager will absolutely go above and beyond any way he can to make sure you are completely satisfied with your vehicle purchase, he wants to understand exactly what you are looking for and analyzing how the perfect vehicle will incorporate your needs. I worked with David B on my first vehicle, and second from the dealership and he was incredibly knowledgeable, he takes his time with you, and makes sure you are presented with a great experience. I also worked with Megan S in the finance department, again, such a fantastic team! Megan takes the time to ensure you are comfortable with your purchase and understand the logistics behind every document she reviews with you, she makes sure you are protected in your vehicle, life happens, so do flat tires, and mechanical break downs. She works hard to find the best protection plan for you as well so when things do turn sour, you can rest assured your vehicle will be taken care of. My experience from start to finish was absolutely A+++, when you purchase from a dealership like Flood Ford Narragansett you are dealing with real people who you can see love what they do, you are a person not a sale which in the automotive sales world is what generates true loyalty. Something as small as the follow up calls I received from everyone to ask me how my vehicle was and if everything was above standard is what proves you will do right by buying from Flood. Thank you to everyone at Flood, I am looking forward to our next experience with your showroom.

If I could give less than one star I would. I bought a Ford Explorer from these guys in 2010. Paid cash. Within one year, the car stopped running because the anti-lock braking system sensors failed --- on the highway. Over the past three years, I have three times broken down on the highway because the car stops running. I have paid $4,000 to have the same anti-lock braking system fixed. I complained to the manager today about "Flood Fords car." He corrected me and said, "Its not Flood Fords car, its Ford Motor Companys car." I was shocked. Who knew? Apparently, Flood Ford were bystanders in this whole process. They just take the money, but they dont really have anything to do with the car once theres a problem. They dont stand behind the product. If the car is bad, its between you and Ford in Detroit. Bottom line: Dont buy a Ford Explorer and dont buy anything from these guys.

Flood Ford Lincoln of Narragansett and George Shakels professional, courteous and exemplary service was the best. We traded in our 2013 Lincoln MKZ to a 2016 and love our new car. We got everything we wanted in our new Lincoln MKZ and had a great overall experience the day after Christmas. My, brother, father and I are all happy Flood Ford customers. Thanks again to George and especially Mike Flood for being the best of the best in the business. Flood Ford Lincoln and George certainly made the Knox families upcoming New Year a brighter one with our perfect new car. I will always be a repeat customer because of all my great experiences I have had dealing with Flood Ford Lincoln of Narragansett and would certainly recommend Flood Ford to all looking for the best experience and best deal when purchasing a new vehicle.

Last week I had a tire blow out on my wifes Jeep. I brought it to a local tire shop who replaced the tire and also told me that I needed new brakes all around. I did not have them do the work, I contacted Gator at Flood because I service my F150 with him. He was able to get me in on Monday morning and their shuttle gave me a ride home. Later that morning Gator called me asking why I thought I needed brakes. I told him about the other shop trying to sell me brakes and he said it definitely doesnt need them. He said that he wouldnt even put them in the "yellow." I appreciated the honestly more than anything. I went to pick it up later in the day expecting a service fee of some sort for their time and the slip said no charge. I wanted to publicly thank Gator and his team at Flood for going above and beyond for me.
