PROS Kenny is a genuinely nice person and a real pleasure to talk to. He secured financing for me through a local credit union, when no one else was able to because of a lien on my old car (even though it was paid off at the time of purchase). I bought the car sight unseen, and was able to set up virtually everything over the phone, which is a huge plus. Kenny was unwilling to budge on the price, although admittedly I didnt pressure him in the negotiation stage of the sale. They are NOT your typical pushy car salesman. They have an incredibly diverse variety of cars on their lot, with a constantly changing inventory MY EXPERIENCE After purchase, the transmission mount slipped and caused a catastrophic breakdown on a major highway in CT just 3 weeks into ownership. Although reluctant at first, Kenny and Buddy finally agreed to fix the vehicle under warranty, albeit after putting up quite a fight. I went as far as serving small-claims paperwork before they began working on repairs under warranty. 3 weeks later, and after losing my job due to poor attendance, I got the car back. To date, the car runs with no major problems. Unfortunately, when replacing the oil last weekend, it was discovered the oil was so blackened and had such low viscosity that the engine started burning what was left of it. This contradicts the statement that the "Oil was recently changed" prior to the point of sale (>8000 miles ago). Foolish of me for not checking, and shame on the dealer for their dishonesty. Moreover, the transmission mount that caused the breakdown was never actually fixed, just re-tightened enough to make it driveable. In other words, they didnt fix what was causing it to repeatedly loosen. Finally, the factory warranty was a selling point for me when purchasing this car. I was told it is still in effect at the point of sale, but as I later discovered, it was voided by Ford prior to me purchasing it. Instead of righting a wrong, the dealer refuses to offer any sort of resolution. I wouldve been content splitting the cost of the aftermarket warranty; one that they were so adamant about selling. Because of their stubbornness, I will not purchase another vehicle from Kenny or Buddy again SUMMARY I am not going to urge people against buying here. While I dislike this dealer for their dishonesty, if you come prepared to buy a car from them, by asking tons of probing questions, have a thorough inspection of the vehicle completed by a third party mechanic, you will likely have a better experince than I did.

We purchased a nice looking vehicle from Kenny, Tony sold us the truck. Tony is alright, Kenny wouldnt budge on the price. I asked if we could work out a deal with a warranty and Tony said he could do a warranty (3 year) for $500, that was down from $1,100. I chose not to take the warranty. This vehicle was purchased for my wife and 2 sons for safe transportation. It broke down within one hour of bringing it home while my wife was driving with the boys in the back, on 119 in Groton in a 40 mph stretch. The entire vehicle shut down while driving on the road! We called Westford Auto Sales and talked to Tony and demanded he sent a wrecker out to pick up and repair the truck. Tony replied " if you have triple A, it would be cheaper for us, well refund your tow charge" I called AAA, they towed it to Westford Auto Sales. Next day I ask Tony if he can now look into that warranty and possibly do me one better then the original $500 offer. He said he would get back to me on it. He never did. 1 day later I pick up my truck after it was repaired and asked Kenny about that warranty cost and he says hell sell me that warranty for $750 and that is the best he can do. Finally, we get the truck back and Tony promised me Kenny will send a check in the mail to refund my $32 for the tow. Its been 4 weeks.... no check for the tow. Thanks for reading this bad review as it was an absolute disaster and we felt 100% taken advantage of by Westford Auto Sales, Westford, MA. Good luck if you see something you like over there.

DO NOT BUY from this shady establishment. We were sold a lemon and they refuse to take it back!! We thought we bought a good used vehicle, only to find out they never properly inspected it and knowingly sold a vehicle as-is. Surface level, things look fine, driving beyond a test-drive, all kinds of errors popped up. 1st day owning, dashboard lights went off and we noticed undercarriage damage - they tried to blame us. We put together a long list of needed fixes under our 30-day warranty, which wouldnt have passed inspection, only to have to argue about each fix and have our car sit at their shop for a month because they ordered the wrong parts or it was installed wrong, all while trying to have us pay for each listed item -even though they were responsible for it. We have wasted time over the last 3 months following up on issues that continually pop up with this vehicle. They work at their leisure and we had to go back multiple times to follow up- this cost us time/money from work. They fired the sales guy, so now theres no paper trail on their end and they refuse to give our money back - oh but offered to buy it back for less and sell us something else AT A PROFIT to them! Even though 3 other cars have come back for issues from this same sales guy. Now our only option is legal and the Attorney General. The owner doesnt care. Its going to cost us more money and more time, neither of which we have. Dont be fooled by their yes we can do that attitude, its all a front.

First, I live in St. Louis, Missouri. I was shoping around online when i saw a car that i really liked. I called and spoke with Kenny and he told me about the car. He said that the inside was perfect and the outside was as well. I am picky when it comes to my cars so i called asking for more and more details and kenny helped me out every step of the way. very patience and nice. I decided to buy the car and upon delivery i looked over the car and could not believe my eyes. the car was exactly how kenny descirbed it.... Perfect. it even came with a warranty that I was not expecting. i dont know what the other people were talking about, Westford Auto is great and so is kenny.

My pregnant daughter bought a car from Kenny. He will say anything to sell a car and be very jovial, however, the truth is they do not stand behind their word. He said I dont want you to have to put a dime into this car and we will get that smell out. Neither were true. She had to pay $300 to have the dashoard removed to get the critters and smell out. Then the air conditioner did not work...a pregnant lady all summer and no air conditioning. She could not afford another $1500 when she had stretched to buy the car and had already put in another $300. Many other things kept going wrong but you get the idea.
