I went to J. D. Byrider to look at some cars. I was driving and old car that was unsafe and unreliable. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Craig. Craig was great! We sat down I explained my situation to him, he was very understanding and genuine about my situation and my needs. 3 days later i left with a great car which they did a great amount of work to, even ran into some issues after I left and they immediately took care of them! I highly recommend J. D. Byrider to anyone who may be in a bad or no credit situation and needs a good reliable car to fit your budget!

We purchased a vehicle from the Sutton JD Byrider and in the first 30 days we had multiple problems with the car that they refused to fix up until it was no longer their responsibility under warranty and then miraculously were able to find the problems we had mentioned to them and charged us an arm and a leg to repair it. We also did some research and found out they get their cars from auctions and sell them as is after detailing them! Find any other buy here pay here option you can. You will be happy you did

My boyfriend has wasted so much money on fixing run down cars over the years and doesnt have high enough credit to get a new car so someone suggested we try JD Byrider because they work with people with bad credit. They were so understanding of his situation and worked with his tight budget. We came in last night for the first time not knowing what to expect and are now leaving today with a very nice reliable 2008 Ford Focus. We couldnt be happier with the quick and easy service provided!! True life savers!!

My wife and her mother went to this JD Byrider after being turned down everywhere else and they truly put their time in to help them get into a vehicle with payments that they were able to afford. The gentleman who helped them did his best and worked for a while with the bank to get the best deal possible for them. Had a great experience with dealership , although their were a few bumps in making the deal final, all the guys , Nick, Mike , and Kyle were professional and courtesy ,and went the extra mile for me.. Great Team Work Guys.. Defintely would recommend these guys if your in the market for a car with not so good cr edit.. And love my new Chrysler 300.. Again Thank you!!!
