Bought a van on June 29th 2017. Within 2 days the check engine light came on. The issue was a transmission problem. They claim to have installed a rebuilt transmission and provided me a 2 year warranty. After they "fixed it" the transmission started acting up again. Its now been a week and I had to call to find out whats happening and was told they need to get another transmission. Thats all good, but its now August 11th -- nearly 1-1/2 months after I purchased the vehicle. They seem pleasant, but do not deliver. They always claim that theyre doing the best they can. Unfortunately, the best they can isnt very good! They promise to call you back with news... they dont. They promise to get things fixed tomorrow... they dont. Stay away and save yourself frustration. It looks like when they sell you good vehicles things go well. BUT when the vehicle isnt good they hide, they promise and dont deliver, and tell you they are doing the best they can. The best they can... ISNT VERY GOOD!!! STAY AWAY!

My fiance and I were looking for a newer vehicle and have driven by this dealership many times. We saw a 2012 Chevy Equinox that caught our attention. We had stopped in and were greeted with courtesy and respect. We were not pressured and were able to take the vehicle for a test drive with ease.
