I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend this dealership I purchased a 2012 Honda Accord SE last month. While I was initially hesitant about going to a smaller dealership, my experience with Piero and his wife changed this. The dealership is a family business that offer the same high quality service that one may expect from a corporate dealership. This is what anyone would hope to find when purchasing a used car! I experienced this service before I bought the car and after I bought it. A few weeks after my purchase I was experiencing some battery problems because of the colder weather. I told Piero about the issue and without hesitation he offered to replace the battery for free. Happy to announce that I got the new battery this week and am happy with the service - The man stands by his cars!

The customer service was great and it was a very low pressure sales environment. If the review was just based on that this would be 5 stars. I bought an 04 Saab knowing it was an older car but have been completely let down by Milford auto mall. After purchasing my car I found out it needed new door seals (leaks), cabin air filter seal (leak) brake pads all around, none of the tires were balanced, new cap for power steering, floor mats, new door lock motor, a new key fob. So after paying above fair market value for the car I had to drop another $1800 into it in order to make it road worthy. These are things that a reputable dealer should and would catch prior to selling a car. If buying from them make sure you look over the car with a fine tooth comb.

This dealership was top notch! Peter went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the vehicle I was most comfortable with. He gave me suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. After I decided on a vehicle the process was absolutely painless. So quick and professional. Excellent service, wonderful owners! They were extremely helpful when I came in looking for a car, they gave me advice on financing and taking care of the car I bought.
