The people that work at this store are just awesome. They care about you as a person and as a customer. Came in for a price adjustment which they handled quickly and efficiently. Make sure you sign up for their frequent customer program, they will keep track of everything you buy under your phone number. You get really decent coupons in the mail. The tools - they have come a long way. The hand tools now have a lifetime warranty. Really impressed. Been spending way too much money at the other tool vendors in town. Thanks guys (and gals)!!!!

Normally dont review a common place like a hardware store unless I receive exceptionally great or terrible service. Waited 50 min for help and the lady was in the back smoking. She came rushing in finally 4 min after closing time reaking like a freshly smoked cig, couldnt tell me where the sawz alls are bcz she didnt know it was a reciprocating saw. Said it did not come with a blade when i asked then walked away. The cashier was completely useless.

Called to inquire about solar chargers that I saw in their flyer. The guy explained on the phone that was for an upcoming parking lot sale in June. I asked when in June and he told me the week of ninth. That was the week I was going to use it camping. So I asked how much they are now. "I dont know" was response. Could you go look I asked. "Nope" click phone was hung up. Huh, if I treated that people that way in my job I wouldnt have one.

Been in once, everything was easy to find. If you look you will find it. Great prices, bit short on staff and yes the parking is horrible. For those discribing a bad experience you have to remember this is not a big box store. If you think its that then call corporate office. Going today and I am sure I will have no problem

I sat there for 45 min and got pushed to the back of the line waiting for router table from the back. And nobody bothered to help out. Some fluzy was hanging out in the front office, with some other guy who wasnt doing anything.

Just another Harbor Freight tools. Low quality tools, but an even lower price. You can get some really great deals, but buyer beware, dont expect them to last forever ( least they got the lifetime warranty )

Experience was how shall I say. All on your own. There were two checkers so finishing up and paying for your gear is not a problem. Sunday was somewhat hectic. Merchandise was all over the store.
