This store has a great location and potential for business. That being said, the staff is mostly long time and unmotivated. The pricing is not just slightly but way higher than other options close by. I am all about supporting a small local business and I have had some good experiences at this store. The biggest turn off and final straw were when I rushed over on a very cold night when my furnace blew a fuse. I pulled up 2 minutes before closing and they locked the door in my face and a young man gave me the cut throat sign and turned his back on me to walk away. I then watched the staff gather in front of the door to chat for the next few minutes. I would have been in and out and happy in two minutes. I will do my best to steer everyone I know clear of this bad service going forward... disappointing!

After spending an hour and a half waiting a competitors store and buying nothing because they couldnt provide what I needed for a reasonable price I visited this store thinking they wouldnt have large sheets of plexiglass. They did, and not only did they cut it to size but they also cut a hole in it for an the conditioner vent. Unfortunately the hole was too small, probably because in my frustration, I had give the wrong numbers to them. I took took it back ready to pay for a new one, but they replaced the original no questions asked. Aaron at the customer service desk did an outstanding job!

It was just about closing time and we were calling everyone to get a furnace filter because ours was an irregular size and the heat wouldnt stay on because the filter was so dirty there wasnt proper ventilation. The man who answered said he had one we needed but that he was closing. We explained that there was a blizzard coming that night and we needed our heat working. We asked if he could stay open for the 7 min it would take us to get there. He just flat out said no. Thanks buddy.

I needed a pane of glass replaced after I broke one repairing a window. the single pane of glass I received was thinner than the single pane I had bought earlier from another store. at almost twice the price. not only was the material substandard but shattered literally while I was simply holding it. I will make the trip to an ACE further from home from now on as this store has sold me substandard material for the last time.

This Ace is awesome! So superior to Home Depot or Lowes. You never have to search someone out to help you. Everyone is friendly and helpful with plenty of advice and tips, they dont let you leave unless you have everything you need (nails, the right tools). There is some limited inventory but thats rarely an issue.

Great location. In somewhat of a dead zone for lowes and home depot so perfect for quick local runs. You pay some more for the premium of local, but their staff is very helpful.

Employees are always helpful and friendly. Prices are a but higher than other home improvement store, but unlike the others Ace has employees readily available to help you.
