These guys have a very broad selection in a deceptively large store. But the biggest reason Im writing a review is the staff. You can walk around Home Depot or Lowes and never find anyone in a vest. This Ace Hardware is on you like white on rice trying to be helpful and doing a darn good job of it. You can walk in and mention to a clerk "Hey, Im looking for this/these." and theyll say Isle such-n-such. And by the time you get there someone from that section is ready to help find what you need. I will admit this extra help does show in the prices. But Im willing to pay a little extra for service and convenience.

If you like being treated like a criminal this is the place to go. Have to wait for somebody to help you so that you cantsteal a nut or bolt. I didnt have the time to wait. They are sure that Im going to be a thief so they wont let me into the nut and bolt department unescorted. crazy never shop there again

Prefer this place over the huge big box stores, has that family owned feel and it employees many people from the neighborhood always fast and helpful one place the commercial is accurate about... ace is the place with the helpful hardware people.

Associate that helped me wast much of a help. Ended up finding what I needed myself. Plenty of associates in the store looking busy, however, 7 people in line and only one cashier. Not the best customer experience today, maybe it was an off day.

I went in to get a gas line for my hot water heater. My guy in the back ask me if I needed help and I said yes. He then argued with me over size and backflow which I already knew. Kept on arguing with me until I got mad and left.
