Best harbor freight in town. If you have the choice go to this one. Better customer service and it seems like lines move faster. Lowest prices for tools and the Pittsburgh line has warrenty and I havent had any problems switching bad sockets for new ones. With the low prices comes a lower quality tool sometimes but if your only using the tool occasionally it makes sense. I have tools from harbour freight that are over 15 years old and have had some things that only lasted 15 minutes. Both stores in town are always busy on the weekends. Overall great bargains and maybe ask if your uncertain with durability.

This is bullshit. I was recently hurt in Iraq. So i have cuts on my face and certain meds make me a little out of it. Well i finally got a job as a mechanic. So today i went in to buy tools. Ive learned to read lips. I was being looked at funny. Called a druggie. Then 3 guys followed me everywherei went. When i pulled out a wad of cash at cash register. Then they backed off. One was blocking the door. 10 yr infantry vet. You think youll stop me? But never have i felt so disrespected in my life. I had on hats and a shirt portraying a inured combat vet.

Anyone who says there are QUALITY tools here isnt qualified to give anyone advice... You can find mediocre and sometimes adequate tools but no QUALITY tools, couple steps down from craftsman which has average tools like home depot and Lowes house brands (see how it goes now that Stanley bought the craftsman name). If you want quality youd go with a brand like SK or Wright or if you want to piss away money then snap on or Mac. That said Id use hft sockets as punches and not think twice unlike the other brands I mentioned.

Very unhappy! First off, there was no one to help me. So I had to wait in line for the cashier to get someone! After that, I asked a worker what I need to get an item to work. Well, I spent $80.00, got back to the store just to find out I am STILL missing item to get this stupid thing to work! I hate having to drive WAY across town again to get this piece! Thank you very much Harbor Freight!

Hands down the best harbor freight I Have ever been to. Those familiar with the chain are already aware of the the deals that you can get shopping here, but the staff at the north springs HF provide better customer service then I have received at any other location. Amazing deals on QUALITY tools and friendly staff to go along with it, cant go wrong with that in my opinion.

First of all this store is everything that the other in town is not. It is well lit, well organized, well staffed and friendly. I walked in to make a large purchase but discovered I had wrong coupon for tool box. Staff helped me locate coupon so I could get available discount. Could not be more pleased.

Great place to get tools and supplies you need! The shelves are usually stocked with the hot items - or the items I usually need. Plus the staff is helpful and willing to spend the time to take care of your needs. The new North location is great too! Win, win, win.

Very small store, little selection, and the staff isnt very accommodating or friendly. I love Harbor Freight but with Home Depot across the street they need to improve this location a bit.

Inexpensive, quality toolboxes. Picked up a 25 foot rubber air hose for 15 bucks. Friendly and knowledgable staff as well. Highly recommended
