We will never purchase anything from here again. We went in and purchased a generator that was on sale. We got it out to the truck and noticed the box was crushed on one side. We took off the box and the handle was bent. We took it back in and told the manager (Brighton store) that we wanted another one. He wanted to charge us a $110.00 restocking fee. After arguing about it, he finally gave us another one. We took it on a camping trip only to discover the electrical was wired backwards. Buyers beware of what you purchase from this con outfit.

Called to ask if they carried a 35mm 12pt socket, I was placed on hold, waited forever until another employee answered who also didnt know and had to place me on hold, and then I was hung up on before I was answered. I called back and the same employee finally rudely told me that they do have 35mm sockets but only 6 point sets. He acted like I inconvenienced him, and if serving a customer on the phone is inconvenient then they should be in a career that doesnt involve customer service, like mining or garbage disposal!

I called ahead of time to make sure there were some items there that I wanted to buy I get there and they tell me theyve been out of stock for days it is very horrible they will not compensate you for driving all the way out there so really really bad service

If you want knowledge dont go to this place. Waited for 20 minutes to ask questions about A4 inch auger bit didnt get any answers out of it waiting for the manager, manager couldnt tell us anything manager is not a good manager. go to a different place

They sent me to another store to pick up some items when I got there that store didnt have them and said the Brighton store never called the check ended up having to drive another 20 miles to a third store can get them
