The owner today lied right to my face about a tool model number not being the same for a Craftsman warranty. I showed him they were the exactly the same, then he rudely said he flat out wasnt going to do it because it would cost him money. I already know that whatever store does this gets charged for the tool, and this is why he refused. But this also means that this particular Ace will not stand behind the Craftsman tools they sell. Im a business owner myself, and I would have never in a million years treated a customer so disrespectfully. What a weasel...~ I found out the store is credited for warranties, its really not making any sense at all. Corporate has told me the regional manager is supposed to call me.

Outstanding customer service as well as community involvement! Manager Rick Schoonover and Assistant Manager Wesley Turn went out of their way to accommodate our Brownie Girl Scouts. They made us feel very welcome and were there with anything we needed. As I observed the staff and management (we were invited to set up inside the store!) interact with customers, It was obvious customer service was the main focus. Having been part of the management team for a large grocery chain I really appreciate what it takes to reach that level of service. Thank you Ace Hardware! You have a customer for life!

I just recently brought a Weberr 18" BBQ grill, got a great price, and the Ace staff was a real help to me with out any fuss, They even let me buy the floor already assembled model which was also fantastic, since I am mechanically flawed and it would have taken me forever to put it together. I have been going to this Ace since 2005 and have never been disappointed with their service or knowledge. If you live close just check them out

A very kind and respectful friend of mine and his brother were shopping in your store the yesterday, and one of your employees asked them to leave because they had been there a while and "might be making other people nervous". The comfort of your racist customers AND EMPLOYEES should not be more important than the business of any casual shoppers. This is 2017. Your store needs to incorporate some diversity training. Disgusted.

Fantastic store with really great employees. All of them were helpful, professional, quick to check in while not being "sales-ey" and provided relevant advice for a painting project. Im pregnant and they offered to carry my things out to my car with me in the rain without hesitation. Been going to Home Depot and never going back unless absolutely necessary.

Stopped in for weatherstripping they directed me to the right product, then helped for the other items I was looking. They were helpful from start to finish, unlike when you go to Lowes or Home Depot where you have to spend 20 mins to find someone who works there and even then they seem like you are an inconvenience. Support locally owned business!

Every time I have had to find something that the big stores dont have, Aces had it. They are super friendly and have some great specials. I highly recommend this store to anyone who needs a little help!
