Consistently the customer service at this store is lacking. My last experience however was the worst. I took an old window screen in to have it replaced. It took 2 months and 2 trips (they had the old screen as a template and still managed to cut it 1/4" too short) to complete. To top it off, they never bothered to call me to tell me when my 2nd screen was finally finished. When I picked the screen up in person, no one bothered to apologize or explain what had happened. To top it all off a smug older man pushing a broom yelled me as I was leaving the store "you gonna pay for those?" It really was like being in a bizarre episode of the twilight zone. Next time I need something, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Ive been to this location more times than I can count. They have a very nice staff, eager to help, polite, professional, and they seem to actually care about helping me get projects done. Everyone from the floor staff to the cashiers have a smile and genuinely seem to care, which is always nice. Good selection of overall hardware products for most projects. Some of their items are a bit pricier, but not a crazy rip-off or anything by any means. Just go elsewhere for some items, not a big deal. Good location.

Loyal Ace shopper for years. But this is the Worst Ace Hardware in the world Stood by paint deparment to get someone to unlock the peg hook security device for 10 mins just to purchace some plan old razor blades. Ten workers in the store and not one of them asked me if I needed help, no other customers in the store just all the workers bullshitting

Everyone knows their stuff here, much more so than at the big box stores. Great selection and my go to place when I need one thing quickly during a project. They get a star off though for being 40% more expensive than HD/Lowes on every item... sometimes worse than that. But, you pay a premium for service and expertise and I can live with that.
