I have been dealing with this business for a few years now, and to date their customer service is hard to beat. Recently, I was in the market for a carpet cleaner. I purchased a Hoover from Walmart and got home to find the hose was cut in half. I took the machine back and ran to the Vacuum Warehouse. I spoke with the owner and asked her which machine she would suggest and the pros and cons of each. She is honest and gives me her real opinion and shares what has been her experience. Additionally, they loaned me a steam cleaner to use until I could get a model in that has a proven track record for working well. I do not know any other business that would do that for their customer free of charge. I highly recommend this business and know whatever your needs are they will be met!!

Excellent vacuum repair service. The spinning roller stopped rotating on my two year old vacuum and after getting it back from here my vacuum has never had so much suction and power, not even brand new out of the box! These vacuum lines are INSANE. Thank you for being so kind and efficient. I would highly recommend Vacuum Cleaner Warehouse.
