I never thought buying a washer and dryer would be so easy. I saw a great looking set online for not too bad of a price and called over the phone to get it... I was at first a little hesitate but needed something quick. The gal explained to me the physical condition to be sure this would be something I would be happy with. I got it delivered that day which really helped with all my kids and even came with all hoses. Not only was the lady nice over the phone but the delivery guy too. Excellent service. I will be back once I start updating my kitchen.

Ive never been a huge fan of used appliances, but we purchased a French door Refrig and range about 6 months ago or so now and both are still working fantastic. I know 6 months still isnt that long, but my brother in law who bought new from Appliance Factory a month after I bought my appliances has already crapped out on him and he payed a heck of a lot more than me. Nice local business, with great customer service and better prices. They did not disappoint. Thanks a lot, will be back!

Got a good deal on a used flat top range with a 90 day warranty standard! Though the oven did have a minor issue once i got the unit home and plugged in, I am happy to report that upon calling the company, a tech (Nick) showed up the next day and the problem was fixed quickly with no additional cost to me... Cant speak for all, but it has been my experience that this is a good company that stands behind their warranty. Happy customer, and I will recommend to others. Thank you : )

Poor customer service, wont cover warranty and hung up on me!!! Washer makes extremely load noise on spin cycle and Refrigerator Light dont work and they stated that was not covered under warranty. Only 4 days into both my purchases of a fridge and washer. I regret ever bringing our business to them, they way the have treated me is unacceptable.. 1st they said the washer needed a part now they say its the flooring "We leveled the washer to perfection and it loud as ever!!

Burned on washer and dryer. They all failed quickly, then he conned me into buying another at discount since the first failed and the first day with it home it did not drain the clothes. I called and they do not answer or say the manager will get back with me. This lasted until the thirty days were up and then they left us with two giant dead appliances in our garage that do nothing. We are still trying to resolve this matter 10 months later. RIP OFF BEWARE

The guy 1st dealed with was great. It the customer service thats provided when u call for an appointment to services ur appliances that suck.he was a real douche. And I will never recomend them to anyone just because of him. Good customer service is important to me and alot of other people as well. The one star is for the gentleman who help me with the actuall washer and dryer in the beginning! !!!!

HORRIBLE!!!!!! Bought an oven after leaving SEVERAL messages before receiving a call back. Oven worked for the first week or so then took a crap. Choice appliance never answers there phone and therefore refuses to return my many messages trying to receive a fix on the oven per their 90 warranty. They suck, they will sell you crap and skate on their "warranty" DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

I Bought Washer and Dryer set was Great price and came with warranty. The washer had problem two mouth after we bought is was not spinning. we call them they set up appointment. The service tech was nice and got he job done fast. If need other appliance i will go back for sure .They did stay behind they warranty.

I have bought all my appliances here and the customer service has always been excellent! They have professional and courteous delivery drivers.my dryer was taking a while to dry and I called them they told me what to look for and it was a problem with my house. I would recommend people to this company!

Bought an electric range. Oven wont keep temp. Called Choice numerous times, left messages and even talked to a guy that said "I will call you back". I never got that call. They avoid calls, and their warranty isnt worth squat. They sell lemons, be aware and stay clear!

Bought refrigerator from them in February 17. Its been leaking. Happened just past warranty. Customer service was marginal. I should have read the reviews and gone somewhere else. Gave 2 stars instead of 1 because delivery was on time.

Sold us a lemon. Dryer takes much longer than normal to dry even small loads. Theres a gap between the tumbler and the frame where clothes get stuck, twisted, and burn marks where the garment gets stuck. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS!

I just purchased a Refrigerator, brought it 100 miles to walden and the refrigerator doesnt cool below 60. We called and were told we would have a tech sent out, which wont happen up here. Then I never received a call back.
