Had Channing out to fix an icemaker. He was extremely responsive to my initial message and was quick to engage in discussion over the phone attempting to properly and accurately troubleshoot the problem in order to ensure that he would have the right parts to fix it the first time. He called in advance of the appointment time and arrived within the 2 hour appointment window that he had set. He quickly troubleshot the issue, explaining each step of the process and replaced the needed parts, successfully fixing the problem. He is on the top of my list for any future appliance repair needs.
