I have been waiting over 2 weeks for him to repair or replace the washer I bought from him. DO NOT use them. The only way you will like them is if you get lucky and dont have to use the warranty. They never did free delivery for me. Week one: called to inform washer not working on Monday. Appointment on Friday l. He never showed. Week two: called on Monday. Gave appointment for Saturday with no time. Waited until 11am. Came and said bad washer and needs to replace but he doesnt have any to replace with. Come to store Monday. Week three: Monday comes and go to store at 10am and still nothing. Store at 430pm and still nothing. Called owner and told him need refund. Said tomorrow but he never completes his word. He will not refund your money. He will not repair or exchange. He is a theif. You will be waiting forever. I have 2 weeks of laundry and no machine to wash it and no money!! DO NOT USE THEM!

I wouldnt even rate them 1 single star !!! Theyd be on the negative rather than the positive! Horrible customer service ! My washer broke down & I called them to come.and fix it . Took less than 15 minutes to repair , payed him quickly & left. They were still not working ! I called him 3 times & he said he was come , never did. Now Im STILL trying to contact him , the business doesnt answer me !! How stupid . Horrible business & customer service , dont loose money and time here !

Wish I didnt have to leave any stars! I would rate them negative stars in fact. VERY VERY VERY poor customer service. Owner doesnt communicate with customers and doesnt have common courtesy to call a customer and let them know he isnt going to make it at HIS said time, instead he would rather stand them up. Will NEVER do business with him!!!! Save yourself the trouble, find a company with better customer service who is also reliable!

So far theyve been very good about everything. So far Ive bought 3 appliances from them. They offer 1 year warranty on appliances they sell; but I have not had to use their warranty yet. I heard about them from a friend and sure enough they are good. Customer service is awesome. I plan to keep calling them for my appliance needs.

We bought a slightly used range for less than half of what a similar one would cost new. Free delivery, free removal of the old one, plus great warranty. And these guys are really nice. I dont know why Google thinks this is a restaurant; its a small, local appliance store, and a really good one!

They go above and beyond to make sure you leave satisfied with your appliances and answer every question you have. The place is super clean and smells very good. 1 year free warranty is a very good deal. I love the quality of the appliances and the durability
