I bought my 70 year old mother a refrigerator here a couple of months ago but to my dismay I feel I was taking. I had to exchange this fridge 4 times before we got one that wasnt broken. The sad part is that now this refridgerator ice machine isnt working now and its been only months. I dont understand why they cant sell decent application, so I wouldnt have had to exchange it so many times. Now this one is broken too. On the positive side they did try to make it right by continuing to exchange it, but if they had sold decent appliances I would not have had to exchange it so many times. So all Ned to know this could be what could happen to you. FYI customer service was excellent

The customer service is unbeatable. First, Matt helped us pick out a washer and dryer that fit our needs and our budget giving us as much information as he could about brands and how they make it from repair to showroom. When they were delivered (very well worth the fee) they hooked everything up and tested it for us. The dryer did not work, so they set us up with one that did as soon as possible and were very apologetic, professional, and did their best to make sure we had the machines we needed. Totally and 100% recommend seeing Mr. Zurasky for your appliance needs!

We were looking for a new fridge and had a budget under a 1 grand. We found a great fridge at Affordable but my wife felt tineas to small for the space in the kitchen. I called up Matt and Affordable and asked what options they might have to get us into a bigger fridge. Matt called me back within an hour and found us a great deal in our budget and even stayed late with some help to help me get a fridge my wife loved!! Go to these guys first!! Youll regret it!! Usually in retail- whoever is on the sales floor only wants you to buy something because they gain commission from it.. but not Matt. Matt was super knowledgeable and helpful! Very happy with the customer service here. Matt is awesome. He answered all my questions and sold me what I wanted/needed. He didnt sell me the most expensive machine just because. In fact, I spent half as much as planned (including warranty), and got more than I could have asked for! I highly recommend going here. We will be returning for additional appliances needed for sure! Matt was so helpful in parts. He didnt try to sell me something I didnt need for my washing machine. Instead he helped figure out what was wrong with it. Even tipping over a similar model so I could see what he was explaining! Great people!!!
