We purchased a bed and a washer dryer set from this company on Thanksgiving day. We originally went in for the bed but while they were ringing up the bed and box spring, we noticed that they had a very nice Samsung washer and dryer in the show room marked as on sale for $300 each. We decided to add the washer and dryer since we were going to get such a great deal. When they were delivered, we discovered that rather than being brand new as advertised, the washer and dryer were actually scratched and dented inventory that the store had. Upon calling the store, we were informed that the sale was actually only on their scratched and dented models rather than on the new models as they had advertised in the store and as the salesman explained to us. In addition, we were charged extra delivery fees that were not disclosed at the time of our purchase when they informed us that the delivery would be free. To top this all off, the invoice we had was completely different from the invoice the store had on file, increasing the confusion over what we were supposed to have been charged for. Despite the false advertising, all the store could do for us was refund us the $60 for our bed frame and a $30 delivery fee that should never have been charged in the first place. This was after we spent $1500 in their store, $600 of it on merchandise that was not at all what we were told it would be. I will never go to this store again, and advise others to steer clear. If you do go to this store, I would be sure to clarify what you are paying for and be sure that is what actually arrives at your house upon delivery. Also be prepared to pay $30 for the delivery and another $30 to have the employees move anything into your house. Absolutely not a good experience and only minimal reparations were made by the manager. An additional note I would like to make is that when we were finishing our purchase, the salesman informed us that if we wrote a review for the store right then and there they would give us a free set of knives. At the time, we thought this was a little unethical but we were pleased with our service and wrote a generic positive review, showed it to the salesman, and got our free knives. I see several other generically positive reviews posted around Thanksgiving 2015 and I have a hunch most of these reviews were posted under the same conditions that our first review was posted rather than being genuinely positive feedback.

We purchased a dented brand new model freestanding range that arrived same day to the Greeley location. The manager, Jim, said that it had been inspected thoroughly and only had a dent on the right front door. Everything else checked out. So we purchased it for a great price and had it delivered. Once we got it inside, we noticed that the left front of the door had damage to it. The top left front of the stoves enamel had been scraped and the actual oven door on the top left corner was broken...leading us to believe it had been dropped on that corner prior to delivery. We let the company (manager) know and they said they would just replace the stove since it wasnt worth the hassle for them to replace the door. I let the manager know we didnt want to spend more money and liked the stove we had, so wed like to stick with the same caliber of range we had originally purchased. He told us to come in and look at what they had to offer and that "they would get us taken care of since wed put up with them for so long" (2 weeks of trying to find out what their decision was with our broken range). When we went down to look at what they had in stock, an associate, KC, told us that he couldnt set us up with the caliber of what we had at the price we paid. I called a couple of days later and spoke to the manager who originally said that he would "get us taken care of" and let us know that there wasnt another range that offered the same features for the price we paid. I am disappointed in this company because I feel that since the range was damaged (dropped on the left front corner) prior to delivery, a replacement offering the same features as what was originally purchased at no additional cost to us, the customer, should be the next step to rectify the situation. I was not impressed with the lack of help in remedying the situation and will not be recommending this establishment to others. When it comes to customer service, if your company is at fault, it is your companys duty to make it right for the customers sake. This branch of AFO did not fulfill that duty.

I just came back from your store and decided to write this review. I specially stopped by before writing a review, expecting to be treated the way I was treated the day you sold me almost $8,000.00 dollars worth of appliances. You were paid that amount instantly, no monthly payments or financing. The reason Im writing this is because Im very unhappy and disappointed with your customer service. The day I bought the dishwasher, double ovens, refrigerator, cooktop, and the microwave oven, I told you I like to buy locally for 2 reasons. Number one, I like to do business locally, and also, if I need help with any of the appliances later, I can count on you to help me. And, you said, I can count on you. The delivery and installation was a nightmare. I rescheduled one time, because my brother s funeral was on the first delivery date. But your delivery and installation department, had multiple dates set up, driving me crazy, with all of your voice mails telling me, the appliances were going to be delivered on multiple dated and times, and none of those were correct. They were finally delivered and installed. They looked lovely, and I decided to forget all the inconveniences you caused me. Now, the refrigerator is making noises all the time, the dishwasher is not drying the dishes, and the cooktop is scratched all over. You just told me there is nothing you can do for me, because FRIDGAIRE doesnt want you to talk to customers about their concerns ( that is not what you told me when you sold me the appliances), you just gave me a phone number to call them. They were as helpful as you were. They want us to schedule 3 different appointments for 3 different technicians, each between 8 to 5 in the afternoon. There is nothing they can do for the cooktop, the scratches are considered cosmetic. My old appliances were Kitchen aid, and after 22 years, they still were fine. No scratches on the cooktop, after all these years. In the final analysis, no customer service from you or the company you sell their products. Very sad.

I was in the market for new appliances and had the pleasure of working with Nicole W. On the KitchenAid dishwasher I wanted she made sure that black stainless was ordered because I had gotten the model numbers mixed up between black and black stainless. After ordering the dishwasher we had a slight mixup on an accessory part. After some professional discussion Nicole and I came to an amicable compromise. Since I was going to install the dishwasher myself we ran into a snag with the dishwasher not working once installed. Having done several installations of dishwashers this KitchenAid had a tad too much brain power on its own and would not turn on once installed. This was frustrating and a service call was scheduled for a technician to come out. However, the timeline did not work for me. Unfortunately, Nicole bore the brunt of this frustration but to her credit she did her best to schedule the service call earlier than what was originally set up. Thankfully, the service call was not needed and a simple fix corrected the problem. We have since purchased a Samsung range from her as well and would recommend her to anyone who is in the market for a new appliance.
