I cant believe they closed the company with no notice to their customers. We made a large investment into a home automation system in 2016 that was suppose to have free lifetime support. As of now, parts of the system are malfunctioning one by one. Last week we still had cameras working. For no apparent reason we have lost them now. We previously had all our lights on the system, they are now inoperable. We gave up on the irrigation system after trying to get it to work for months. I was contacted by a former employee of the company that said he would provide us with support. Why would I invest one more dime for support when I have no guarantee that it would even work?

Really great company to work with. They spent a lot of time with me on planning my setup, and then spent a lot of time explaining everything to me. They have a great team, and answered every question I had. My system was a decent build, and if something goes wrong, they help me get it taken care of right away.
