Rented a U-haul this weekend and had a lot of trouble with our truck trailer mount. It had been completely rusted up. For a couple of hours they helped us get our mount completely ready. It was an extremely physical task and we cant thank them enough for their help. This was something that was our problem and they did not have to help us at all. Just amazing people. If I was still living in the area this would be my go to place for any appliance needs just based on their customer service alone.

This place sucks!!!! I went in a few weeks ago to get a quote on a oven glass door. The "owner" James told me to call him back he was gonna check his stock. He wrote down my # and told me he will call me back. Well he never did next day I call and give him a Model # and same thing he told me he will call me right back and till this day. No phone call. I think if you dont want someones business you should let customer know up front!!!!!

Nice and knowledgeable staff, they do way more than u haul rentals, they sell and fix most appliances, got a pretty sweet fridge and they helped me with some problems for my AC. Thanks alot!
