Watch out for this place. Their guarantee is that they will never give you your money back no matter what the horrible experience you have with their junk used appliance. We purchased a used gas dryer here in June of 2014. The first one was obviously untested. the drum made a loud thumping sound and the burner didnt even work. Returning to the store wanted my money back so I could go buy a new one, but the only answer was "we have a no refund policy" . So we upgraded to a higher dollar amount and brought home another dryer.. This one is a piece of junk also, fire comes on for less than 30 seconds, goes out and then never comes on again. The only reason we went the used route was that they guaranteed the units had been thoroughly tested and QCd.. Its very obvious that this is a LIE and their testing is superficial at best. The saga continues, after replacing the entire vent tube and the exterior vent panel, the dryer still fails and is clearly still a sub standard piece of hardware. Any reputable business would give your money back but this place is still refusing to do the right thing and will only offer to give me another dryer.

Update: After having the fridge for two weeks it started dripping water down the back and pooling under the crisper drawers. Called and they scheduled a replacement used fridge for three days later. Same color and even the same brand, but the handles used to be white and they spray painted them black. But the paint was all weird and pokey so I had to sand some places and color it back in with sharpie. The warranty is of course from date of purchase, so if this one goes bad, Im out of luck even though its a totally different unit. Guess thats what I get for buying used. However, I will be changing my review from 5 stars to 3 after this experience. I bought a used stove, dishwasher, and fridge here. I had all three delivered and hooked up, and they took away all of my old ones. Im very happy with the price and condition of all of them. My only complaint was that the dishwasher tech was booked out a month. I ended up doing it myself. But that just means theyre busy which is good!

We were looking for a small mini fridge for my daughter. Even though we had already bought one for her last year when she was going off to college, she returned home to help her little brother through cancer treatments. Of course, the teenage boys had gotten quite attached to the little fridge in the basement. I compared prices on line at Walmart, Lowes, Home Depot, but we decided to stop in here just to look. Zach was amazing and gave a great deal on a new little mini fridge. He was polite, helpful, friendly and very sympathetic to our budget concerns. And the fridge was over $25 cheaper than anywhere else. I know where Im going for my next appliance. Thank you all so much at Affordable Used Appliances. (Sorry to be so late in getting my review posted, but my husband ended up in the hospital, so our house continues to be nothing but chaos. :-) )

I had a great experience at Affordable Appliance in the Appliance Factory Outlet. When I first called in to ask about pricing and availability the guy on the phone was very polite and helpful. We just moved to Colorado Springs and needed to get all the appliances for our new home. We got some great stuff at a lot better prices than the other places we shopped. I didnt think we would be able to do all stainless steel kitchen appliances for under our budget, but they gave us a great price break for having multiple appliances on the same purchase. We greatly appreciate the great customer service and hassle free process. Well be back!! you guys need to open one of these places in Norfolk, VA:)

I just wanted to take a moment to praise your new used appliance guy, Todd. I called yesterday looking for 3 appliances for a rental rehab. Todd was AWESOME! He helped me over the phone. He took the time to send me pictures of what he had. Once I was there, he went above and beyond to find me the right refrigerator, work with me on the price of the dishwasher, and show me around the new appliances to find a gas range. The customer service Todd provided was incredible. Often good people are hard to find. Todd is absolutely a keeper in your company! Thanks so much for a very, very pleasant experience. Because of Todd, I will keep you in mind for future needs and refer you to others.

Purchased a Samsung french door fridge from here at a REALLY great price. I am all about finding the dinged up merchandise that is only cosmetic. Took a look around and found the one I wanted, Shawn was extremely helpful with giving me numbers on cost. I liked that they put on the fridge what they found to be "wrong" and then give you pricing for costs of replacing a part (i.e. door to fridge). My appliance is to be delivered next week and I have no doubt it will be a positive experience, if not... I will be sure to update my review. We are looking to do renovations in the house and I definitely will be back in the future for other finds!

I was looking for a used stackable washer/dryer combination for my widowed sister-in-law. I found one at the Colorado Springs store. Store manager Sam Mitchell helped me with the purchase and arranged to have it transported to their Fort Collins store, where my nephew was able to pick it up and install it for my sister-in-law who lives in Wyoming. I just got a report that the appliance was working perfectly. Thanks Sam for Coordinating this with Don at the Fort Collins store to make this all happen so smoothly. I will be recommending your stores to friends who may need good used appliances. Bill

I am so happy with these guys! The fridge broke in our rental home and the original fridge my landlord had approved was smaller than we were hoping. Todd called me a few days before my delivery and said they had a bigger fridge available and it was ours if we wanted it instead! I never told him that I was disappointed, but he said he heard it in my voice and kept us in mind. I havent had that good of customer service in a long time and I will buy exclusively from Affordable Used Appliances from now on:)

Great people to work with! Great used appliances. We bought a dishwasher and ended up not liking the design with the silverware tray in the door. We took it back and they exchanged it for one we liked a lot more, without a single hassle. This will be my first (and last) stop every time I need a refrigerator, dishwasher, washer/dryer, stove, etc.! P.S. We got a great deal on a mattress while we were there as well and they delivered it for us.

Needed a oven just before Thanksgiving. Stopped in and talked with Jeremy in the used dept. the guy knew his stuff! Was going to spend $500 on a used oven hoping to get something decent....he found me a great NEW oven for the same amount. I have no idea about ovens, whats good or whats not, but thanks to Jeremy aiming me in the right direction I hit a home run and got a great oven before turkey day! Would definitely recommend Jeremy!
