I didnt know that this store existed before I needed it. I had a refrigerator that I needed to replace. I went online and looked at various places (Sears, Home Depot, etc.) and all of the places were pricey. Then a friend of mine on Facebook suggested the Appliance Factory Outlet in Parker. I Googled the address, and I found out that they had a location was in Aurora as well...and it was almost literally in front of my place! (I dont know why I never noticed it before.) I went in, and the salesman Frank was friendly and helped me out as well as he could. Their website says they will beat the competitors, and they do. I bought a fridge that was around $50 cheaper than the competitors. I actually wanted to buy one there that was $50 cheaper than that, but they didnt have it in stock. They will deliver your fridge and take the old one away, which is good. The bad thing is that it took a week for the delivery, and they charge you for the delivery (though they give you a rebate back afterwards.) I suppose the competitors do the same thing, so Im not going to stress too much about it. I would recommend it for the great service and prices though.

I had an incredibly good experience at Appliance Factory. My dishwasher broke down, Friday the 13th no less, and I went to Appliance Factory for advise on what type of dishwasher to buy and to replace my broken one. I was given a lot of individual attention by an incredibly helpful saleswoman named Galina. I really feel that I got a great deal on a new and better dishwasher. Galina checked all sale prices in the area for my appliance and was prepared to offer me the best price, but Appliance Factory already had the best price in the metro area! The Appliance Factory had many brands to choose from. Best of all, I was able to schedule a delivery and installation within 4 days of my purchase! I was advised on how to take care of my new appliance, and given a good size sample of dishwasher soap packets. The warranty offer was through and reasonably priced. I definitely recommend this store to anyone in need of a an appliance. (They also sell Tempurpedic Beds.)

Worst consumer service I have ever experienced. Went in to buy a washing machine, and found one we felt was reasonable and brought it home and it wouldnt turn on. Asked the manager at the store what we could do, seeing as how they have appeared to have sold us a broken machine, after they told us they test them before they sell them. He gave us a repair manual which isnt really helpful considering I shouldnt have to fix something I bought myself, and had the nerve to ask when we could bring it back in. No offer to help with the situation and the "its your problem now" attitude is hardly good customer service. Even if we could bring it in they said it would be considered "used" and we would have to pay a restocking fee. Which is completely nonsense since the stupid thing DOESNT EVEN WORK. Then the pathetically said we could call someone to come fix it under warranty. How incredibly unprofessional to make your customers try to fix YOUR mistake. Never again.

I was in the Aurora store on Saturday with my husband and newborn to purchase appliance for our home. Were doing a complete remodel and literally needed to buy every single item for our house. I had an idea of what I wanted for each, and Nate helped us choose between brands and models and find a great fit for each item on our list. He was very knowledgable and never tried to up-sell us—he even continued finding ways to save us money after wed made the decision to purchase! We were in and out of the store in under an hour and a half, which is saying a lot for the amount of items we purchased. I feel very confident in our decisions and know that we received the best price (we spent thousands less than we were anticipating). Nate walked us through all the options for delivery and installation—truly made everything as easy as possible. I could not be happier with the entire experience and will only be purchasing appliances from here in the future.

I was so impressed with the care and cooperation of the salesman and the store manager and the friendliness of the entire staff. I had an urgent necessity for a refrigerator, not big budget, and everyone was super helpful in getting me set up with a brand new one at a terrific price. My Salesman was Bob Anderson, but he had set me up with another salesman if I could not come back when he was scheduled to be in the store. I loved their caring and friendly attitude and felt very welcome. Susan Black I bought what I am now calling my "Cinderella stove" because I needed one very fast, and it did not fit into the present spot by about 1 inch...need to get that in there, but I was feeling like Cinderellas stepsisters with the shoes, and will get it to fit, soon....at the present time, could not budget in remodeling of the space, but I will get done soon..... not their fault, I knew this when I agreed to buy it!

Spent about an hour at the Aurora store on 10/9. Worked with Anthony and his trainee. Both were very knowledgable in appliances. The reason for the two star review is the pricing. Whoa talk about sticker shock. I was trying to support a local business. Received the quote and when I got home I started looking at the prices compared to their own website. I was shocked to see that I was being quoted a price that didnt even match their online prices. It was actually almost 200 more than what their website was advertising. After realizing that I decided to check other companies to get a better price, found the three exact same units at Best Buy for almost 1200 cheaper for the 3 appliances I wanted, plus received free delivery and haul away. Sorry appliance factory, I tried to support you and try something new but I think you need to ensure the price you quote at least matches what your website says.

Kevin Haney is the rudest and worst sales man Ive ever encountered. I bought a washer and dryer was told that $35 for delivery and $35 for installation fair enough....... I thought. At no point was it clarified that delivery meant dropping off on the curb Im in an apartment. That should be accurately disclosed. Well I could have dealt but Kevin was defensive basically called me a liar and was just nasty . Didnt care one bit about my sale acted that my purchase meant nothing to him . Yes it may have only been $600 but I would have been a forever customer had I been treated like mattered . I guess Kevin sales are just to great to treat a person not spending a lot in his store well. Complete jerk. I would shop there again only If he was no longer there. All customers matter even if they are not spending thousands in your store

Ordered microwave on 7/2 and they said would definitely be in by 7/4. Chose not to buy it from Home Depot (same unit, same price and in stock) since they guaranteed Fri arrival. I had to call them on Fri and they said warehouse was closed so no delivery and gave me the usual, "who said it would be here by Fri, Sorry they told you that, etc." Said it would be there next day which was Sat. Guess what yall, I had to once again call them and it was not delivered either then. They had no idea why but said it should be in by next Tues or Wed, a full week later. Today is Monday 07/07 and still no microwave and now they cant find me in the sytem. Will NEVER use them again. First time ever using this company and my last.
