Have used them for years at both our business and home but this last time, we were charged almost $200 and the problem wasnt fixed. I wasnt there when the technician came so I was left to asssume the problem was fixed, (it needed new rollers). I decided to give the dryer two days to correct itself, thinking maybe a new part needed to "warm up". Called them back two days later and left a message that the "knocking noise" never stopped but only sunbsides after about 5-10min. They took three days to call me back and left a message that "our washer was broken and that I must be putting too heavy loads in". They refused to come back out without a full charge again. That is just poor business practice to me. My advice.... you better be sure you run through a few things before you let them leave.

The facts 1) purchased dryer (gave him old one which still worked but was too small for free. 2) After 20 uses it stopped hot air 3) called owner. Said it was my air vents and recommended somebody who broke my air vents (had to call another company to fix) 4) fuse was blown. Serviced it for free after I got upset. 5) used it 30 more times. Broken. Again. He wants to charge me $125 (on a discount) and Im furious. Ive spent over $250+ for dryer plus bent people when vents where fine $125. Now he wants to charge me $125 more. I could have botten a new one to begin. Pist to say the least!! The facts....

Rob, the guy who owns this place, is a really good, honest businessman. We bought a washer and dryer from him, the washer had some issues and he came out right away and took a look, when he couldnt get it fixed in a reasonable time frame he just replaced it with a comparable washer right away, no fuss, no issues at all, and the replacement unit has worked beautifully ever since (for a year, now.) Rob is also really knowledgeable if your garage door ever breaks. Great little shop, perfect if you cant afford retail but need a reliable washer/dryer. Id definitely go here again if in need of a large appliance.

Avoid buying from here - they sell refurbished/ repaired units. They will promise you it works and give a verbal guarantee but once you bring the unit home, they fail to follow through on their guarantee. I bought a refrigerator for $400 from them only to bring home and not have the ice maker work. When I called to ask for the unit to be serviced, the female that answered immediately said that the ice maker was never covered under the warranty. I then spoke to the repair tech who did come out to replace a valve only to find out it did not need replacing. I havent heard or seen them since...

I am not family or friends as someone below stated. We went in yesterday and owner was extremely courteous and helpful. We were there at 1015 and out the door by 1035 with a same day delivery and install. Also gave us a deal on the from the existing price of the set and a credit toward the old machines. On the delivery and install, he was in and out in 35 minutes and was very professional. Also people should read the business descriptions. it states that he refurbishes and repairs older appliances. Would definitely do business again.

We bought a washer and dryer two months ago from this store. They were very knowledgable and professional. We ended up paying less than we thought we would for a good set and got a warranty. They delivered and removed our old machines. I would highly recommend them. We will buy again! We even had them come out two weeks ago and do a repair on our refrigerator that was leaking. Rob is a con artist. The ad on Craigslist said he was selling his fiances washer and copied a photo of a washer in someones house and said it was his. Said it was like new and ran great. It looks like it is 10 years old and doesnt run. I have a photo of the one on CL and the one he sold me and they are different. Would not return calls for me to get my money back.

The owner Rob and his wife are very knowledgeable. He took his time and explained every machine and I only needed a dryer. Told me his background and how he got into the business and showed me his warehouse. This is a honest business and will always go back and I got a good deal on a dryer.......

These guys are awesome. Super low prices. I even brought back a broken dryer which was a month out of warranty and they fixed it for me free of charge. I called ahead and he waited ten minutes after closing to help me. This is how you should do used appliance business.

Wow finally a honest appliance store. I found a frontloading washer and dryer with delivery and warranty for under my budget. Rob was extremely helpful. We purchased our refrigerator from him two years ago and still works like a champ. Highly recommend them! Thank you!

Guy is a straight rip off. Completely over charged us for a job. $190 to change a washer belt that took 15 minutes to replace. I do not recommend. The 5 stars probably came from family or friends. But if you are not looking to get ripped off DO NOT call them.

We had a problem with a dryer that wasnt working well. Rob was very knowledgeable about the appliance and didnt try and sell us parts we didnt need. He shortened the hose and recommended that the hose be connected with clamps. We will shop here again!
