Update** The store has rectified the issue. Appliances were delivered during given window and manager called to apologize and make situation right. Originally I had given a 5 star review because while purchasing items in the store, Joel said I would be given $25 off for leaving a google review on the spot and waited for review to be posted before proceeding (well how awkward would it be to give less than 5 stars while the guy is sitting in front of you.) So I gave 5 stars will the comment "Joel was very helpful and knowledgeable. Lots of items to choose from!" I am now changing my review to 1 star and heres why. I explained to Joel upon purchase that I take care of an elderly Air Force veteran who is in need of a new (used) washer and dryer. I explained that I do NOT live at the residence but because he suffers from dementia, that I would need to be at the house for delivery so he doesnt get confused, agitated, afraid, etc with random people in his home. The delivery was scheduled for Tuesday (tomorrow) and I was told I would receive a call Saturday night to confirm 2 hour delivery window for the appliances. Saturday came and went with no call. Monday (today) at 12:30pm I called to explain I still hadnt received a call with a 2 hour window and the girl who answered (didnt catch her name) had the WORST attitude. She said in an extremely rude tone that it was "weird" they said theyd call Saturday because they always call by 6pm the night before delivery to give a window. Well its now 7:40pm- the shop is closed. No call has been received. I have left a voicemail at the shop and messaged Joel. Extremely disappointed with experience and being that I have NO IDEA what time appliances are being delivered, I obviously wont be there for delivery. One big guessing game! (Super efficient way to run a business.) Dont have much faith in the actual appliances at this point either.

(Parker, CO) Andrew helped us out tremendously by taking an order just before closing on a Sunday afternoon. The service technicians and the store are great to deal with personally and over the phone. I gave this store a 3/6 because of the delivery time lines which were 4-5 days, even if they deliver a broken unit. The 30 day policy for returns is excellent but if you do get a dud then you will be waiting for 1.5-2 weeks after purchase to get an operating piece of equipment. Personal Experience: I purchased a Kenmore set on Sunday afternoon and it was delivered the following Friday. The delivery guys turned the dryer on but did not do a very good job of inspecting. The heating element was staying on unless the timer dial was rotated to the "OFF" position. So after returning from work that evening the dryer was hot to touch even though it had NOT been running all afternoon. The washer was not run because they loaded it on the truck the night before and said it was frozen. After a phone call Saturday morning we were told that a new unit could be delivered Wednesday the following week, hence the 1.5-2 week timeline. I was able to troubleshoot the problem myself and get the unit running but this will not be a solution for everyone. (The heating element was shorted to ground, as an FYI) Recommendation: If you are handy with appliances or open to a longer timeline then this is a great place to pick up used items. It is obvious the units are not gone through before reselling and the preferred fix is to replace the entire unit inside 30 days. This leads to problems with matching sets unless you convince them to replace both units even though only one is broken.

We purchased a refrigerator at this location - we were served, and I do mean served, by Andrew. We had been looking for a good used refrigerator, and stopped in there to see what they had. Didnt have exactly what we were looking for used, but we got a GREAT deal on a new one that had some minor scratches and dents, mostly on the back or the side that will face the wall anyway. So we were happy. Andrew was an excellent sales rep. No pressure, but ready to serve us anyway he could, to help us make the process as easy as possible. We wanted to do some measurements and think about it overnight - no problem. He remembered us the second we walked through the door the next day. Paperwork was a breeze. The store was happy to store the fridge for us for a few days until we could come pick it up (our preference over delivery). It just couldnt go any smoother. We would definitely deal with Andrew again when we are in need of any other appliance - he was extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable - the works.

My wife and I had a limited budget and were looking for a new refrigerator. We were introduced to Andrew, who found the exact size and style fridge we wanted for about half our budget, including warranty and delivery. Andrew and his contact worked quickly to get us some photos of the condition of the item, which only had some minor discoloration on the door. He thoroughly explained the warranty, which was a little different due to the nature of the business but easy to understand and, I think, worth getting. Delivery was great as well, I was contacted once the night before delivery and again the morning of. The delivery driver was friendly, and worked quickly and efficiently even though he was also training a couple younger men. All of them were very friendly and polite to my family, and got the new fridge installed and the old one moved to the basement in less than a hour. Will definitely return next time an appliance dies on me, and would recommend Andrew to anyone.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. Bought a used washer and dryer, picked randomly from all that was available. Drove them home, hooked them up and neither worked. When we called they asked us to give them a couple of days and they would find a great set to exchange and make it right. After 3 days we finally went down to the store and was shown a beat up set at least ten years older than the broken set we already had or a set for another hundred bucks. No way I was spending another dime in their store and just asked for my money back. Was informed since I had paid CASH I would have to wait 2 to 3 weeks for a check to be mailed to us from their corporate office. Could not believe the complete lack of concern for customer satisfaction and loyalty. I will never ever buy anything from these shady people

Tarek was very helpful and precise. He made sure that everything is done correctly and was very responsive to my concerns. We e-mailed each other to make sure everything was in order from the time my friend and I visited the store. When I told him after the washer and dryer set was delivered that the dryer stopped working and I had to call the electrician, he was concerned and asked me to update him on this. When the electrician came to check everything and for some other electrical work and found the pigtail the store provided for the dryer was faulty so it had to be replaced, Tarek apologized and said he would take up the matter with his manager. He was very nice and strives to please customers - especially when he learned that we were hearing-impaired.
