Dont waste your time going anywhere else. Steve Ninneman was simply the best. Their team is completely amazing as well. We found a slightly dinged fridge for $1000 and its perfect for us. We first went to the store in Thornton but were not met with the quality of service as we were with Steve. He takes the time to make sure you get what you want and listens to you. We learned things about appliances, refrigerators to be exact that I didnt even think to ask or know I needed to know. The most important thing to me was that he listened and wasnt pushy like most sales men are. Researching the fridge that we bought I found out that ours was $500.00 less than a "new" one on sale. Im so happy with our fridge! Its beautiful and only has a few scratches on the sides. And for the money we saved its so worth it. The big added bonus was Steve. He made buying our first big purchase for our first home a real pleasure. Dont go anywhere else. Go to Steve and his team and they will take care of you! Another two bonuses are the makes you laugh and makes you feel important! For real tho, go to Steve. You wont regret it!! An update: ironically, my parents dishwasher died a few days after we bought our fridge! So we went back to Steve and found an amazing deal. He made a frustrating situation (for my mother) that much easier. I think its safe to say that for whatever appliance needs my family will be going to him from now on. In a few weeks when we close on our house we will be going back to get a washer and dryer set from him as well! Like I said previously, go to Steve and his wonderful team! You will not regret it!

Im not sure how all of these people are giving this place a good review...? We received a "brand new" fridge as a wedding gift from my wifes parents. A few months later, the condenser on the fridge took a crap, and we had to get it warrantied. When we called Frigidaire about getting our product fixed, they were confused about the serial number we gave them from the fridge. Apparently, our "new" fridge was manufactured in 2013 and purchased "new" by my in-laws in late 2015!! Really......this thing is almost 3 years old already when it came to our house?? Now, our fridge is broken again for whatever reason, and Appliance Factory Outlet takes no responsibility whatsoever, even though they sold us a "new" fridge that was technically 3 years old already. Beware of this fraudulent company. They will not help you resolve your issues with your new appliance, and if your item happens to be a lemon, good luck having anyone take ownership in the problem. On another note, in just speaking with a reputable appliance repair company, i was informed that it is not uncommon to see a fridge (or any other appliance) "frankensteined" together and sold as new from this company. Buyers beware!! If you have to buy something from here, make sure you are fully aware of the actual manufacturing date of the product you are buying. I would not send my worst enemy to this place.

Be careful with these people. For instance, there is a large sign in their showroom that declares "Free Delivery". Well, it simply isnt so. I purchased a slightly damaged range from the Westminster location. When it was delivered it was missing a knob and the delivery man assured me it would be taken care of. Two weeks later, I went to the store to ask when I might expect the knob, and was met with a blank stare. They knew nothing about it. My request to speak to the manager was ignored. I can only assume that he (or she) is too cowardly to face the customer. The lady there told me she would have the knob in two days. When I asked when they could get it to me, she said I would have to pick it up myself. I told her that since I had already paid $35 for their "Free Delivery", I expected them to do what they were paid for. She was adamant. Also, on the delivery day, I determined what parts would be needed and called GE, got prices, and was told they could ship the next day. Then I called the stores parts department to find out their price, and was told that they couldnt get the parts because they were "too new". What a bunch of crap! So, at the very least, these people will charge you for services they will not perform, and lie to you, I suppose, because they are too damn lazy to do their jobs.

Its true that you can find good deals on appliances at Appliance Factory Outlet; however, I was extremely disappointed with my "installation." Delivery and installation are typically assigned to occur on the same day, however that was not the case in my situation. Even better, when given a two hour window for the delivery, they arrived closer to three hours. When I asked how they could possibly not coordinate delivery and installation on the same day, they said it was just "miscommunication" and didnt offer any other apology or concession, but basically told me Id have to rearrange my schedule again to the whim of their installation guys on another day. In short, I found their customer service to be really lacking when an error is made and that is not how a business should be run. Especially since we could have easily purchased our appliance set through Best Buy with, please note, cheaper installation, but we just moved to the area and had wanted to support "local business." In the end, Im not sure it was was worth it. Shop here if you can install your appliances yourself because you can find good deals and price matching, just dont expect good customer service if something goes wrong!

Bought a fridge here in December. The sales guy was fine, a tad pushy but not terrible. The various rebate offers that he said were available (both through AFO and Excel Energy) were clearly not as he described them-lots of obvious exclusions and limitations he failed to mention, so buyer beware. The delivery was fine; the installation was minimal- basically plugging it in and going, but not removing any the plastic or various cardboard pieces used to pack the fridge (which I would expect after paying for installation). I explicitly said that my information was not to be used for marketing purposes, either from AFO or to be sold to other companies. Within a week, I was getting telemarketing calls for various house-related services; while I cant say it was AFO for sure, its unlikely that my personal info was leaked elsewhere. Overall, there was nothing that was truly horrendous about buying my fridge there; but every step of the way was pretty underwhelming. The initial sales pitch is good, but the follow through was unimpressive at best. Im replacing most of my other appliances this year, and Ill look everywhere else before considering AFO again.

ABSOLUTE MOST HORRIBLE COMPANY IVE EVER WORKED WITH! BUYER BEWARE!!! I dont KNOW whos running this place but someone needs to get fired ASAP.! Ordered a whole kitchen, theyve messed up the delivery multiple times, sent the wrong appliances, horribly rude manager that hung up the phone. Sent appliances to the wrong address ! Now were another 2 weeks behind. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS update 5/19 Still horribly disappointing ! We still dont have our refrigerator even after the managers and the presidents hotline have called saying theyd get it resolved asap. Ive called multiple times a day, never a call back . They always say let me see whats going on and well call you back. Still never a call back. Delivery team never calls to let you know theyre coming. How does a company like this stay in business? Update 5/20/17 YET AGAIN THEY DELIVERED either the wrong refrigerator or one that was so beat up even the delivery drivers said it was " un-deliverable" We still dont have our appliances and ONGOING for weeks now!!! Truly Incredible how screwed up this business is!! BUYER BEWARE !! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
