My wife and I are embarking on a small investment property venture and Dave was recommended by our real estate agent. We purchased a scratch-n-dent range, and used Kenmore Elite fridge + KitchenAid high-end dishwasher. If youre at all leary about used appliances, Im hoping to dissuade a little of that concern in this review because we faced some of our fears and after working with Dave and Lawrence, I can say I wont be afraid to try again in the future as long as its with them In short, we had a little bit of bad luck with our transaction that for most people couldve turned into a nightmare but I just cant say enough good things. Both went above and beyond to really prove that making a satisfied customer was *really* there #1 priority in a day and age where everyone loves to say it, but not necessarily follow through on it. New appliances arent perfect, so used ones wont be either but their stock is cleaned & certified and now that theyre installed weve were able to rennovate our kitchen for significantly less than half the appliance cost we wouldve faced elsewhere. Well be returning for sure and hope this review provides some incentive for others to at least give these guys a shot!

Thankful to have found this place. As a single woman who has recently moved to a 3rd floor apartment, I knew it wouldnt be easy for me to get a washer and dryer up the stairs-- or back down and then up again if one broke. Thats what made me choose this store over buying a used appliance from Craigslist. Dave was AMAZING! Not pushy, allowed me to look without being pestered, offering help occasionally, and then was right there answering all of my questions patiently and VERY honestly when I finally wanted a little help deciding. We struck a deal that was reasonable and seemed to benefit all parties involved. Delivery guys were amazing-- they hiked right up all of those stairs with my appliances suspended on straps between them, and when I opened my door as they came up the last flight they somehow managed to greet me cheerfully! Washer and dryer work great so far. I got the year warranty, and although I hope I dont have to take advantage of it, if something goes wrong, I know they will exchange the faulty appliance for a new one and do the heavy lifting for me again. Dave made everything so easy for me in a difficult situation, and Im very appreciative.

Unreliable delivery. I bought a used oven last Thursday. They said the soonest they could deliver it was on Monday and I would receive a call Sat. night to give me my two hour window. No call Sat. night. When they called Sunday night they told us to expect them between 12:30 and 2:30 the next day. My daughter and I cleared the furniture out of the way Mon. morning to make it easy on them and then started waiting. No one showed. I called them at 2:30 and was told they had cancelled the delivery because the oven hadnt been moved to their warehouse in time to deliver it Monday. Would have appreciated a call as daughter and I spent the whole day waiting around for nothing. They are supposed to call me tonight to let me know if they will be able to deliver tomorrow. It is 6:15 now and so far no call. I know I am not buying a top of the line new oven but would have expected better customer service than this.

Absolutely incredible! We shopped around A LOT and came to the same conclusion every website and store we looked into - every washer/dryer set is going to break the bank. Then we walked into Affordable Used Appliances and found a well taken care of, perfect set within our budget!! We called the next day and did the whole transaction over the phone. Delivery was perfectly available within the next couple of days and bam professional installers came to our house and did everything for us. Overall a great experience and the washer/dryer set not only looks great, works perfectly but we also opted for them to be insured! Super easy, super affordable and were very happy - thank you!!!

I went to buy a set of washer and dryer from David. I got such a good deal so I decided to purchase a one year warranty for the used appliance. The used washer started to make loud noise after 4 months, so I called David, he replaced another set for me, no questions asked. When the 2nd set was not in perfect condition, David made another great effort to search all around to pick a new sets for me. Things happened. It is at that time that I know David cares about the satisfaction of the customers. I really appreciate that. Will definitely recommend the service to others.

This was a great experience. Fast and friendly. I had been running all over looking for quality used washer and dryer and was having no luck. I was in and out of this store in no time with a happy purchase. Theres definitely a good vibe here and no-pressure sales going on. Dave was very knowledgeable and unlike all the other stores, he didnt automatically try to pressure me into a front loading set which I definitely dont want. Go here, I think youll be happy.

Been waiting for a delivery of a stove on wed. Called and called, never got a response! Landlord got through said the store would call me as soon as we hung up, they left a voice mail saying sat. Would b delivered, its friday and still have not got a set time!! They do not answer phone or. Return calls. No good rating from us! Never had to call a business and they not answer.

I was there for one thing a cheap fridge and i was impressed by the quality of a used appliance.. but figuered david could use another glowing review and i got what i wanted, an affordable appliance. Dave, the manager, was incredibly helpful. We had a problem with our purchase as the dryer broke on day 34 (with 30 day warranty). We thought we were out of luck but went in anyway and he got us a replacement from a different store that is working great! He went out of his way to work with us and we are very appreciative.

I was very pleased with the service I received. Buying used appliances is always risky. It was good to find a place with a warranty and delivery. I bought a stove and refrigerator. Both were in very good condition and were priced well. Dave was great to work with.
