The only reason they are getting 2 stars is because I saved $1900 on a brand new fridge. The customer service here, as well as Sears in general, is just absolute horse manure. No wonder they are going to file for bankruptcy - they cant find decent people to work in their stores or call centers. While in the store looking at said refrigerator, after about 15 minutes a sales associate finally came up to us and asks us if we needed help. When I asked why the price of the fridge of lower online when compared to the store, I got a nonsensical answer, and when I asked if they would just price match since I was there and ready to buy it, he said no. I had to order online. Stupid. So we order online - get our confirmation that says well be contacted within 24 hours to schedule delivery. Well 48 hours later and we still had not been contacted so I called the store myself. Talked to an Associate, she took down my information saying she needed to go to a different computer, but she was going to call me right back. 3 hours later and nothing. So again, I called the general 800 number myself - that was a mistake in itself and like pulling teeth, but thats not this particular stores issue, and finally got delivery setup. I wanted to see if it was actually showing in the system, so I called the store AGAIN and talked with someone, and she goes, "Oh, you just called didnt you?" Holy crap. And I had to get up-sold on a special installation attachment for the ice maker, which they dont articulate about this particular fridge online. The charge doesnt bother me, but the lack of information certainly does. Like I said - if I hadnt saved $1900 on a brand new fridge you couldnt pay me to shop in this place again ****************************************************** UPDATE - After I left the above review a store manager called me. She was extremely nice and helpful and did what she could to make things right. Two weeks later (yesterday) - said refrigerator was being delivered. It was actually supposed to be delivered the day before, but the truck broke down and nobody ever told us so we are sitting around at our house waiting like idiots instead of going about our day until I finally called the delivery service and they explained what happened. Probably would have been nice to know? Sears uses some third party clowns called XPO. While they were nice enough guys, they could have absolutely cared less about installing our fridge. Because its a copper water line they wouldnt hook it up to the fridge (which was never disclosed to us), and they barely tried to fit in into the house before they gave up and made it very clear they couldnt try anymore because they had a schedule to keep. So I asked them to leave it in the garage and I would remove the doors myself and do it. Well upon further inspection there was scratches, dents and dings, particularly on the front all over the NEW OUT OF BOX fridge we bought and I had to refuse the delivery. XPO blamed Sears - but I took pictures of the fridge at the store (actually at the advice of the moron sales guy from before who wouldnt take my money - who would have thought?) and showed the delivery guys it was a perfectly clean fridge with not a scratch, dent or nick on it. They still blamed Sears. I still sent it back. Total ineptitude at every level during this transaction - good luck with that bankruptcy soon Sears, I completely understand why. ************************************************************** Keeping the review at 2 stars because the manager that called me tried very hard to make things right

Do not buy any appliance here - they can sell you a nonfunctioning appliance and you cant return it, they wont let you. I bought a washing machine, brought it home, hooked it up and it didnt work. It could not complete any cycle. Just vibrated instead of turning/using agitator. Tried to return it. NOT ALLOWED. I must go thru repairs. I assumed using repairs for service meant a machine was working, it stopped, needed to be repaired, they repair it. No, no, no. They can sell you a machine that doesnt work from the get go and you are NOT allowed to return it. They have me over a barrel, Ive had it for less than 6hrs and cant return the non functioning machine. The corporation is using this as a way to sell substandard appliances that they may well know dont work. I can only draw this conclusion after trying to reach manager, John, x 3 tonight, never spoke to me. Finally, female who was also a "manager", but who couldnt help me other than to tell me "no returns". She might as well have said "tag your it, no backsies" - that was her attitude. I had no idea Sears would take such advantage of me before today, clearly, Sears has changed.

We were able to buy a fridge, mirco, dishwasher, stove (new in box) , washer and dryer (both new in box) for under $3400. Kitchen appliances are black (mostly Samsung). W/D are Kenmore front loading. Salesperson 44149 gave excellent directions to their location. He was also able to assist us in the store and even though we took 2 hours and my husband has a very peculiar sense of humor, the associate kept his cool. He answered all of our questions and was able to direct us throughout the whole store. He even jotted down everything we looked at to help us remember; he was very patient with us. We even brought our boys (12 and 11) to add more distraction to the process LOL. I do not have anything to complain about. If youre headed to the Park Meadows location, they have the biggest selection in Colorado. Pete-that was the associates name...We had a little hiccup with delivery, but the floor manager acknowledged the error on their end and apologized. Since he admitted they dropped the ball, I did not think to drop my review rating out of spite.

So far I am having a terrible experience. I bought a refrigerator on Monday which they said they could not deliver until Saturday. Then Saturday morning, 15 minutes before the delivery window they called to tell my husband its broken so they cant bring it and they offered a $500 discount on a different refrigerator. At that point I was pleased despite being without a refrigerator for almost a week and finding out minutes before delivery the one we chose was broken. With the additional discount I felt good about the situation. So we went in Saturday night and all of a sudden they changed it on us. They said that my husband miss heard what the store had told him and that it was only a $200 discount. I know thats not true because we had the person on speaker so I also heard them say $500 discount. Im very upset about being lied to. Additionally I have three small children so going to the store over and over and still not having a refrigerator for this long is even more frustrating.

There seems to be a lot of people there who dont really care, but the management seems to care enough to live up to their word. I got a screaming deal on a damaged fridge. Overall, I am happy with my experience even with my frustration through the process. There was a mechanical issue with the door of the fridge I was interested in. I was told that they would be able to repair it before delivery, so I purchased it. I was told that I would get a call in 2 weeks. That time came and went. I had to call in a few times over a month and a half. Luckily, I wasnt in any hurry to get the fridge at the time. Eventually, a manager stepped up to help me out. He was very responsive. He called me on the days that he promised he would. The mechanical issue was eventually fixed, and they delivered soon after. There is at least one hard working and courteous person there!
