I never, ever write reviews but I had such a bad experience I feel obligated to warn the general public. First, I would like to say that my sales person was Sterling and that part was great. It was everything after that. I purchased a floor model (mistake #1) but was assured that it was still a working fridge and if anything was wrong with it, it was covered. I moved into a new house that did not have a fridge and set the delivery date for my move in day so I would have a fridge. I was called the night before and was given my window. After moving, and the window passing, I called the driver to find out where they were. Come to find out, I was rescheduled and nobody let me know. The driver was extremely rude and stated it wasnt his problem and Id have to call the store as they should have called me. So, I called the store and spoke to the manager. He indicated the driver was supposed to call me and there was nothing that could be done because their truck had broken down. Unfortunately for me, this was during a holiday weekend. My fridge was supposed to be there on Saturday, but had to reschedule to Tuesday. To paint a picture, I just moved into a new house with no fridge, have a baby, and couldnt get a fridge til Tuesday. Unbelievable. Well, it doesnt stop there. My fridge gets delivered on Tuesday. The drivers were decent, but left the fridge so filthy I couldnt really check for scratches or dents. After cleaning it the next day I found several scratches on the door and my ice maker started to leak on my brand new floors. I called and talked to the same manger, who didnt care (Scott) and referred me to GE. Called GE, they came out to fix the leaking ice maker. Well, that night it started leaking again. GE came back out and found that the seal was also broken and both doors needed replaced. The parts were on back order for 3 weeks. So, I wait 3 weeks (no ice or water) and the tech does some further inspection and takes the back of the fridge off. Come to find out the fridge was so damaged from being dropped it should have never come into my house and he couldnt repair it. So, I ended up getting a new one because it was non repairable. Finally, I just got my new fridge and realized what a piece of crap they sold me before. Drawers were broken and missing that I didnt even know about until I got the new one. Heres the timeline. Purchased the fridge on the 9th, delivery set for the 27th, didnt end up getting it until the 1st, repairs in between, and new fridge delivered the 7th of the following month. It took me 2 months to get a fully operational fridge. The only person that cared was the GE tech and he even said this place gives him more problems then any others. Stay away!!!!!

Horrible customer service! They delivered two damaged box springs after spending over $2k on a tempurpedic. The first time I called to let them know the box spring was damaged the sales lady said, "You already signed the delivery form so I cant do anything for you." She then told me that her and her manager Ben found it odd that we discovered the damage two days after delivery even though the tear and grease marks where right where the mattress and box spring comet together. So after that accusatory remark I asked for a manger. Ben actually stated the same things as the sales lady and even went a step further and told me it was against Colorado state law to allow a return on a mattress. All I wanted after spending $2000 was a mattress and box spring delivered in new condition. After much deliberation, Ben decided to exchange the box spring. It came in worse condition than the first one! The delivery driver took pictures with his tablet, but wouldnt put it back on the truck even though I wouldnt sign for it. I waited 3 days to hear back from the store and heard nothing. I called Ben and he said he would look into it. A week went by and I still heard nothing. I then called Ben again( Im the one doing all the follow up), he said he thought it was already delivered. I told him that after two attempts at getting this right and no customer service or follow up we were returning the mattress and box spring. He told me that they dont do returns and that he wouldnt except the product back even if I brought it back myself! This all could have been avoided if the sales lady and Ben hadnt refused to deliver basic customer service. Instead, they were defensive, accusatory, and full of excuses. I have been told by other business managers that other companies like Denver Mattress offer returns with a full refund with the exception of a $50 delivery charge for going out and picking up the unsatisfactory merchandise. This has caused stress for my wife and I after sleeping on the floor for 2 weeks in a house we just moved into. We were so excited to get this bed as it is notably more than we have ever spent on a bed after 21 years of marriage, just to be treated with disrespect and lack of kindness. Go Anywhere Else besides Mattress Kingdom. By the way, we asked for the district managers name to get this resolved and I was told they would "Give him the message." No response....big surprise!

I didnt get the greatest customer service from them. Brand Source seems like a joke. When I scheduled my delivery, I was told that it would come on a Tuesday. I got a call from the store on Monday confirming the delivery. Tuesday came and I received no call about the delivery. I called the warehouse around noon and was told that they would contact the delivery person and get back to me. I called back close to 5 to find out that I wasnt even scheduled until Friday. The girl was not even apologetic about it. They are lucky that I work from home. I called the store to make a complaint about it. I wasnt expecting anything in return, but they offered me a parts warranty for free. That made me happy, so this experience did not lose any stars from me. What made me upset with them was after the delivery. The cooktop I received had a knob that was snapped off. I called up the store. I was told that they would contact the manufacturer and get me a new one delivered. A couple of days later, I received a call from Brand Source, which apparently is their repair service. I was confused by that, but I let them come out just to give me a new knob. The guy came a day later WITH THE WRONG KNOB. He sighed and said that he would have to make up a story so I wouldnt be charged for the visit. At that point, I just wanted him to leave, but instead he was going over maintenance for the thing. He said that I could keep the knob and the company would just eat it (like he was doing a favor for me). I wanted to take the knob and throw it across the room, but I didnt because Id like to think that I am a bit more civil than that. Before he left, he said that I should just call the manufacturer and have them send me a replacement JUST LIKE I WAS TOLD THAT THEY WOULD DO FOR ME FROM THE BEGINNING. I really didnt want to wait on hold with the manufacturer, so I called the store again and was once again told that they would contact the manufacturer. Two weeks went by and nothing arrived. I called the store again and was told that they would sort it out and get back to me within a couple of days. A couple of days went by, and I received no call. That is when I finally called the manufacturer and waited on hold for the 30 minutes to get my replacement part through them. So the crappy service person and the fact that they forgot about me twice is why they only get 3 stars.
