We bought a washer and dryer from Appliance Factory Outlet about three weeks ago. We told the sales people that we would have to delay delivery for a couple of weeks. Our delivery was set up for November 5, 2014. Nobody came or called. We called to set up a new delivery date and were told that they didnt have the washer in stock. My wife called me at work and told me that we couldnt schedule the delivery because they didnt know when their order would get in. It could be November 20 or not. Meanwhile we couldnt do wash. The sales lady, Mary, told my wife that they would take the washer from someone elses order and deliver it Saturday, November 8. I suggested that my wife ask if they were giving us a floor model. She did and was told, "Yes, its coming off the floor." Mary said that she would take $60 off for the floor model. We agreed because we couldnt wait. We inspected it before they brought it in and we signed off. My wife found a dent in the bottom of the front panel that was apparently caused by the carry straps that the drivers use. When we called to see if they could send a service person out to see if it could be pounded out, we were told that we had signed off so they would not send anybody out. We asked if anyone could tell us how to get the panel off without wrecking it and nobody in the store or in service could tell us how to do that. We will never go back to Appliance Factory Outlet again.

Ive had a very bad experience . I was at store 3 weeks ago to buy a Kitchen Aid dishwasher. Tim Pacheco the product specialist was helping me which he is not specialist in my eyes. He didnt have any idea what he was doing. After spending couple hours there he said he needs to verify something and call me the next day. He promised me that he is calling me back and put the order in the next day over the phone and he offered free delivery. Not only he didnt call me , I left 3 messages for him and he didnt even answered. Finally I called the store asked for manager. He was busy. Left my phone number , he didnt even call back. I went to the store today after 3 weeks. I asked for manager, he was off. Tim was acting he doest know me. he was not polite at all. After I showed him all the paper work . he said "O YA Its my fault let me see if we have this dishwasher…" He is the worse sales person I have ever deal with. I would say worse customer service I have ever received. Please make sure you know who you are dealing with when you go there. Store manager seems a good manager but in my case he didnt have time …. I went in yesterday to look at a fridge, Tony helped our family out right away, helped us narrow down what we were looking for, it couldent have been easier and more helpful. Tony knew all the anwswers to our questions and was very easy to work with. Not at all pushy just very informative and helpful. We found this fantastic Kitchen-Aid fridge top of the line in a new gun metal color and fell in love. He also took the time to show us the whole kitchen line of their products and we were sold on the whole set. We were worried about the cost because it was a high end set but he helped us get 0% financing and worked with us on a quick delivery and install date. Great product knowlage and dedication for his craft. We are very happy with the top of the line Kitchen-Aid set we got and will 110% be back to see Tony in the future, I would reccomend any friends or family to see him. He will help you out and make the process painless and easy. We cant wait to have our new fridge, range, microwave and dishwasher thank you very much Tony!!!!!!

Scott at Appliance Factory on University and County Line rd. Helped us pick our appliance for our kitchen remodel. He listened well to what we were looking for and was very knowledgeable about the brands and features of my choices. The best part was not feeling rushed through and how well he helped us stay within our budget by price matching every appliance I selected. I spent $6200 and got a Ge Profile slide in gas range, French door refrigerator, Frigidaire island hood vent, sharp drawer microwave and bosh dishwasher. Scott thoroughly explained how to get rebates for our products too. Ive waited 17 years for this remodel and Scott made this part of the process so much easier than we ever expected. I will definitely be shopping here in the future and would recommend this store to anyone I know who is looking to replace 1 appliance to doing all of them for a remodel. Very knowledgeable and accommodating staff who stand behind their product and service!

Purchased an LG stove from Jason at this location. Hes a good salesperson who seems to know about their products. He found exactly what I was looking for and at the right price. However, he did inform me of a "minor scratch" on the stove. Jose & Sergio delivered the stove during the window of time they promised. They were very willing to let me pour over the stove in the daylight as it was being offloaded from the truck. I could see the "minor scratch" in the daylight but it pretty much disappered in the lighting from my kitchen. Im happy with my purchase - would go back to this Appliance Factory Outlet for a good deal. I appreciate how willing Jose & Sergio were to help me get the stove in, looked over and installed. Only negative part of this review is the stove came with no broiler pan or a Owners Manual.

We meet Kevin Haney and after we told him a bit about us and what we were looking for he proceeded to show what he had on the floor. After declining the selections that would suit our needs that were on the floor we declined them and he suggested that we go to the computer to see what else was available. He did find us a beautifully designed GE. We had a delay in the install which was done by your contractor Brand Source because we went to a outside source but they couldnt do it on a timely bases so we call Band Source. Kevin was informative, understood our needs, and was delightful to work with. We look forward to working with him in the future.

Love this place! We didnt have to wait for a sales person to help us. They werent pushy at all and we able to get in, get what we needed and get out in very short amount of time. They didnt have the freezer we needed in stock but they ordered it and it came in within 2 business days and we picked it up. So friendly and the prices CANT be beat! I got a Frigidaire freezer for $200!! It works great and I will be back to this store for my range purchase. Thank you to the team at Appliance Factory Outlet on University in Centennial, CO for all of your help and making this the easiest and fastest purchase in my home improvement process!
