Worst experience ever . I purchased a mattress I was told it was a top of the line memory foam got it home and it was nothing more then upholstery foam most uncomfortable sleep I have ever had when I purchased it I was told its no problem if I dont like it they will come and get it for free I called and explained I did not like it I was told I have to keep it for atleast 30 days to confirm that I didnt like it I keep it for 30 days and called back and was told if I had a problem this the mattress I should have called sooner and they "might not be able to do anything about it and that she would give it to a manager" and they would call me back a week later with no call I called back and aging was told she will give it to a manager so I asked numerous times if I could just talk to a manager and repeatedly told she would give it to a manager I had to call corporate to find out the managers name I called back and was told they will see what they can do. No customer service so frustrating stand behind what you sell

John, the salesman was good. Experience in the store was fine. Delivery was an absolute joke!!! Didnt hold up to any type of standard...didnt call prior to arriving, damaged my stair railings, tracked muddy slush and water all over my clean carpet, grabbed a chair and stood on it to install refrigerator doors when I had a step stool he walked by! Disconnected my water line and let the water run all over the floor before just grabbing my clean tea jug to set the then empty hose in, again without even asking. XPS the delivery service has yet to get in touch with me in almost a week. Was told they would pay for damages and would call back withing 24 to 48 hours. ..nothing, call them and they tell me the case is still open and someone will be in touch. Dont believe it. May never buy from sears again if they use people like this for delivery!

It took 6 visits to get the bottom oven of my double oven repaired. The first 5 we had the same set of repairmen that were very respectful of our home and professional in trying to get the oven repaired. The last set of repairmen that came to finish the job were not so respectful or professional. They wore there dirty shoes in, dropped power tools on my newly refinished wood floors and did not get the oven in correctly and we had to re adjust it. I am glad the oven is finally fixed, but not happy with how the last repair men finished the job.

We came here thinking wed find a great deal on a scratch and dent fridge. They mark up prices ridiculous amounts in order to make you think youre saving. We found a brand new stainless LG fridge at Lowes for half the price they wanted for a scratch and dent. As far as appliances are concerned, this place is an absolute scam.

The repairman arrived during the designated time frame and checked out the refrigerator to determine the problem with the icemaker. He could not find anything mechanically wrong with the icemaker, but cleared out the ice that had frozen in place. It has worked well since.

Merchandise was fine. Service was poor. They charge you to deliver things in 3 days when other companies deliver next day free. They dont hook everything up, getting service is a joke, their staff lies about the service. Highly unrecommended.

Great service by the salesman (cant recall his name - tall, thin middle aged) and a great price on a French Door Kitchen Aid counter depth fridge - $900. just 2 small dents. Works great. Exact same model at Home Depot was $2,000.
