Horrible Customer Service ... once they have your money I bought a dishwasher from them a few weeks ago. The salesman was very pleasant and the store had a reasonable price on the dishwasher. It was installed and set up by one of their supposed sister companies shortly afterwards. The installer left the unit running when he left to clear out any factory residue. We came back 5 hours later it was still running. We tried re-starting it and again - same issue. I called the store and told them of the issue and they told me to call Bosch and ask for a service call. I asked the guy at the store "What if Bosch says it was installed incorrectly?". He told me Bosch will fix it regardless without charge. I repeat my question saying that makes no sense to me - he again says the same thing. I am to call Bosch, I will not pay anything. I call Bosch. The first thing the Bosch person asks is if the installation company has come back out and checked the install, and she warns me that if Bosch comes out and finds that to be the problem I will be charged. I call the store back and ask to talk to the Manager. Now they tell me to call back the installation company that installed it to have them check it. Notice that at no time does the store offer to do anything for me. It is always "You should do this" and "You should do that". I suggest that HE calls the installation company because a couple of days have now gone by and I want some priority to get this thing working - and I dont want to pay for the installation company to come back out. Appliance Factory swears the installation company is part of their organization, but the installation company tells me they have NOTHING to do with Appliance Factory. I suggest that maybe if the manager of the store calls, they will respond faster - and not charge me. He tells me the old line that he has no power and that if I call that will have more sway. (Note to Appliance Factory: If your managers have no power, why do you bother to even have them in the store?). Finally, the installer comes back out (after I called) and finds they made an error in the install and pinched the water line. No big deal. People make errors. I have no issue with that. But now the dishwasher has run maybe 8 hours with no water in it. (We were not at home the entire time or we might have stopped it). Has that done any damage to the unit? You would think the store might offer us something for our trouble - extended warranty maybe? An apologetic letter? This stores arrogant, lazy, and "we dont care" attitude really got to me. (Apologies to the salesman who was very nice) The only reason I do not give them 1 star is because they had a good price. Will never buy from them again.

Sales personnel were professional and courteous prompting us to follow through with our purchase and full payment for a refrigerator for our son. Purchase was made in September and were assured that would be manufactured and delivered NLT mid-October. Its near mid-Nov and still no delivery. After several minutes speaking with the sales person who sold us the refrigerator we were not satisfied with the response as to the reason for the delay, requested to speak with the manager. The manager refused to discuss the matter and reassure us or provide an acceptable solution. I was told that I could request a refund however, at a fee of 25% of the cost of the purchase. That I should have read the "Fine Print". Then I was told Frigidairs was at fault because they had failed to deliver the product three weeks in a row. I then called Frigidaire directly and after a quick review of the purchase invoice they confirmed that the product had been back-ordered and manufactured nearly a month and a half after purchase and not In September as I was led to believe. Then it takes approximately 3 weeks for quality control checks of the product and finally delivery. Fortunately, the Frigidaire representative called Appliance Outlet directly while I was on the line to ensure that they were open with the real reason of the delay. It seems Appliance Outlet was aware that it takes approximately 8-12 weeks for an item to be manufactured and delivered if not in stock. Home Depot actually, carried the product on hand for immediate delivery. Suggest that you go there or Target first before ordering via Appliance Outlet. They are misleading and misrepresent their process all in the name of making a "sale". If you cancel due to their extended lack of delivery or dissatisfaction of their customer service the customer is penalized 25% of the cost of purchase. This will be the last time I ever purchase from Appliance Outlet- not to mention their poor Management resolution skills and leadership. I am embarrassed for them. Suggest you check other options before investing on large purchases with Appliance Outlet.

Outstanding customer service all the way to my doorstep! Rarely do I write reviews but I cant say enough about the staff at Appliance Factory in Boulder. Twice theyve helped me track down non-standard sized appliances to fit the curious dimensions of my apartment. A process which, before finding them, had me pulling my hair out. Richard, the store manager, began his career as a repairman with them and has been there ever since. His product knowledge is impeccable! He immediately knew what I was looking for and was able to find a Whirlpool refrigerator which wasnt even listed in their inventory - it had been part of a bulk order for an apartment complex which was never completed. Ive also used them to order parts and repair services. Everyone Ive dealt with from phone rep., to servicing, to delivery/installation has been amazing. Over the years Ive seen plenty of careless movers - not these guys! Not to mention, they also offer killer deals on "damaged" new appliances. 5 years ago, they knocked several hundred dollars off the Washer/Dryer I was looking for because it had a small dent (in the side, which isnt even visible!). When it comes to appliances, theyll win my business every time. I cant recommend them enough!! - very happy customer

I have to rave about the customer service I received from Richard Hughes-Findley at Appliance Factory in Boulder, CO. Prior to speaking with Richard I must have made a dozen phone calls to various people (the manufacturer, the store, a maintenance company etc) reaching out for help regarding my appliances that I purchased at Appliance Factory. Everyone I spoke with just kept rerouting me. On one of my many phone calls, I reached Richard. I quickly saw he was dedicated to helping me come to some type of resolution because he followed up with me every few days via email letting me know the status of where things were at even if there had been no progress and assured me he was doing everything he could. He continued to do that until he got answers for me. I have never had anyone in customer service in all the years and phone calls I have made in my life help me and follow through the way he did. I am very impressed by his service. Thank you Richard!
