Called to make an appointment for a week out. On the day of the appointment received prompt call from repairman to confirm and he arrived right on time. Discovered a bad pump in the washer which he replaced with no problem. He said there was a weak hose there and I decided not to get it replaced at the time. Two days later that very hose split and I called them back to replace it. Guess what !!! NO CHARGE for the second service call. Nice touch. Would not hesitate to use them again or refer to a friend.

Not good at diagnosing (from my one experience). Technician came out to diagnose a problem with my dryer. It was a pricy piece of equipment that needed to be replaced, but very easy to install, so I ordered it and replaced it myself. The exact same issue still persists. Come to find out, online experts are a whole lot more knowledgeable about appliances if you are able to provide them with concise details.

Rob, Joe and Misty went WAY out of their way to help me as a customer of Xcels Homesmart system. Which was very good in light of the terrible treatment from Xcel and the first contractor they sent me. Colorado Appliance will have my business again.

If you like mis-diagnosis of problems, then having your parts installed incorrectly so everything freezes, and then having to call someone 5-10 times to get them to fix it correctly this is your company!!! Will not use again....not recommended!

I found their one of their technicians to be extremely knowledgeable and provided great service in the office, as well as the home. He went above and beyond. The next person was satisfactory.
