TERRIBLE - SCAM? You cant talk to anyone, you have to schedule on line which I did. You have to provide a credit card for billing. I got a confirmation and the schedule date came and went and my credit card WAS charged. I left the stuff out for several days, left phone message and havent received a call back and if I did I would not accept service. I called my credit card company and disputed. STAY AWAY!!! Wish I had read the reviews prior...

DO NOT schedule a pickup with these people. I scheduled one online and paid for it. They never showed, never answer the phone and never call back. These people need to be put out of business. (I want them to have no stars, but Google makes you put at least one.)

Called and set appointment which resulted in a no show. Called twice the following day to see what was up and to reschedule. They only take messages so I left my number for a call back. Never received a call back.
