I honestly have no idea how this place is still in business. They gave me a 90 day warranty by writing "90 day warranty" on a piece of paper and signing it. Totally shady. The washer I bought leaked like a sieve and they came over to fix it. They worked on it for about 15 minutes, said it was fixed, and left. They didnt test it before leaving. I tested it and it was still leaking. They refused to come back to work on it again. I had to call a different company to come and fix it. Turns out the drain hose inside of the washer had a hole in it. The repairman told me this hole could not have happened through normal use and that someone must have done it on purpose. I dont own a used appliance store but I would imagine that you would want to test out your appliances before selling them to someone. After they refused to fix it, I even offered to pay them to come pick it up and give me my money back. Guess what? NO REFUNDS! Definitely the worst business Ive ever interacted with. The cost of the machines and the repair was equal to what it would have cost me to just buy brand new. I wish I had.

If you need help with any appliance this is the place to go in Pueblo!! Paul (the owner) sat with me and help me find parts for washer. when no other place was willing to help me there he wAs . He was so patient and kind. His service call was timely. Cassandra (the sales associate) was so helpful and polite and knowledgeable when it came to their floor inventory. I greatly appreciate the amazing customer service they provided and will go to them for all future purchases!!!!

I really wish I would have researched this place before I had them order a part for my washer. Not only did they not order it until yesterday when I called to question why the part wasnt in yet, they tell me once its shipped they will not refund my $$?? Really?? The only reason why they get 1 star, it wont let me post my comment with zero stars. Seriously dont go here!!!

Im very happy that I went to Direct Maytag for a part for my dryer that I needed. The service from all staff I met with was helpful and quick. They ordered the part I needed right away and I got it sooner than I expected. The owner came to my house to install it with no issues. I will definitely be returning if I need them in the future.

Im so glad I found this amazing place. The owner Paul set me up with some great used appliance s. His service was excellent. Im so greatful I found my washer and dryer there at great prices. The sales person was so sweet and went out of her way to play with my kids while I was making my purchase. I highly recommend them!

This place sucks! They dont know how to own up to there warrantys they dont fix anything even thought they give you a 90 day warranty! So dont waste your time at this place! The owner is very rude & they dont give you back your money off you decide to return it. We only had these for 2 weeks!!

Owner (Paul Robles ) was very rude. He kept swearing at us and would cut us off and basically told me to shut up. He kept laughing and thought it was funny when we tried to tell him the washer /dryer set that he sold us was leaking. He said it wasnt his problem. I wont never go there again.

Its been a week that they have had my dryer and after repeated calls they tell me its special order belt and they dont have any idea how long it will take. WTH. I will never recommend this place to anybody.
