We decided to try Texas Appliance for purchasing our fridge after buying our oven/stove top from Home Depot. With Home Depot our appliance was delivered damaged and that created a very frustrating experience. It took forever to get it resolved and my husband and I felt like they should have offered us a discount because we expected an undamaged product. For our next appliance I wanted to try Texas Appliance as I thought that if something happened, they might be more helpful in resolving it, as I understand unintentional accidents can happen. That was definitely the case. The guy who installed the fridge was really helpful, however there was a small dent at the top of our fridge after it was delivered. Texas Appliance was very helpful and worked to resolve our issue immediately. Also, the day after they installed it, my husband noticed a leak with our water line (probably our issue more than theirs). I called them and the guy came out that SAME day to take care of it. I think the responsiveness is what makes all the difference. I understand issues can happen, but being treated with concern and courtesy make ALL the difference and totally worth it to shop at Texas Appliance.

Ordered a cook top on October 24, 2013 and paid for it with a promise of arrival on the following Wednesday, October 30, 2013. Contractors were scheduled to arrive to take the old one out and replace with the new one. No call on Wednesday the 30th from the Texas Appliance store so I called the following day, Thursday the 31st. No cook top! Didnt know why! Didnt call to say kiss my azz or anything. An hour later I got a call back saying the cook top would not arrive until the following Wednesday. Didnt know why, didnt care why. Needless to say what a mess, contractors scheduled and cant put the granite counter top in without the cook top. Do I need to say how disappointed I am in this store with zero customer service.

Talk to Elvin folks. I came in here after such a horrible experience with Conns (see my review- its worse than I could have ever imagined a store could be). He kept the store open later just to sell me the washer and dryer I called him about. The delivery was courteous, clean, and did not damage anything. So far so good. Texas Appliance was honest, price matches and beats prices, did not give me any trouble whatsoever, and I can say that this has been one of the best shopping experiences Ive had.

I knew what I wanted and contacted Tx Appl by phone and made my purchase without leaving my home. As luck would have it a trim piece was missing on the Miele dishwasher. I spoke with Wendall who promplty took care of securing the part and sent their tech to install the part when it arrived from Miele. He phoned me after the install to make sure I was pleased. This is one of many reasons why you buy locally!!

Do not recommend this store. They say they will call and no call. You will have to call them. Say product will be at Hurst location on Friday and No it is at their Arlington location on Monday!! Apparently it missed the truck!!! Got it home and Wrong color! Can not get another one for 8 days!!! Ordered from Amazon and will be here in 2 days. Free Shipping!!! Customer Service is just not there.

I bought a dishwasher from them and it was supposed to be delivered tomorrow, April 28th. They call us today to tell us they have to order one from the factory because they dont have one in stock. They cant get it delivered until May 18th. HORRIBLE shopping experience. Go ANYPLACE else!!! NEVER shop there, EVER!!! I NEVER will again!!!

Was given a 4 hour window of a 11a.m.-3p.m. delivery of our purchase. 3:30pm comes with no delivery or courtesy call to give update on their where abouts or when the delivery will actually take place. We had to call them.
