AVOID!!!! I called to get a price on a repair, the guy was rude and treated me like an idiot because Im a woman! He tried to bull sh** me and tell me that my washer has to have the whole drum replaced if the bearing is out and that part is $300-$400. The part I priced myself at Sears and on eBay and its only bearing kit and costs $30, so he hung up on me. Yet I can diagnose my own auto repairs and take my truck engine or transmission apart and fix it, but he thinks I cant order my own washing machine part! AVOID this Appliance Plus, they maybe ripping people off on repairs! Watch a YouTube video in how to fix your washing machine so you can see exactly what parts are what and price them yourself!

Do not go here! Bought a fridge for $300 that they "guaranteed" to work and had a 90 day warranty on. Stopped working the first week we had it and called them and they had to come 2 different times cause they didnt fix it the first time. Second time they came they "fixed" it just long enough to get out of the 90 day period. NEVER buying from here again!
