DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE, CLERKS ARE VIOLENT AND THERES A CAMERA RIGHT ON TOP OF DRESSING ROOM. Worst experience ever. Theres a camera right on top of the dressing room, so if youre going in there, you might want to know what size you are before going in. After asking a clerk on why there was a camera on top of the dressing rooms, very concerned because my fiancee pointed it out while she was changing, the clerk put me to talk to another clerk (one named DERRICK) who was higher than him. I asked DERRICK if the camera was looking inside the rooms, where he then said that he doesnt know. Asking him to speak to a manager, he told me i could not, with a really REALLY bad attitude. Then i asked if i can speak to an assistant, he replied i could not, then i asked for a district manager, which he exclaimed, ABSOLUTELY NOT, raising his voice more and more. Then, i asked for the number and the location of the store, and the name of the manager. DERRICK, the clerk, yelled at me, "DO NOT TELL ME WHAT TO DO!" stepping back and widening his eyes, looking menacing and very violent, as if he was going to hit me just because i asked him to give me the information. I soon left with my fiancee feeling very threatened by the clerk.

I walked through the laundry appliance section and noticed more than half were dented/scratched/banged up - some of the damage looked fairly major including dents along the control board - a HUGE red flag. I also noticed the prices on the units werent all that competitive considering the damage - not necessarily a deal breaker until you realize the damage voids the warranty. So, youre getting damaged goods at a minor discount...and with no warranty. So, while Im walking through, I make this observation to my salesman in what I would consider a normal talking voice - it was at this point my salesman became irritated and asked me to leave the store. Apparently, his reason was that I was attempting to influence other customers purchase decisions. He "didnt appreciate" me saying the outlet deals were essentially no deals at all. Too bad...Sears has an excellent reputation for appliances, but this particular salesman wasnt interested in customers potentially getting information they could use to make an informed purchase decision.

Nightmare!!!! I wish I could give negative 5 stars. I purchased a wall oven at the long weekend. Before I placed the order, the salesman confirmed that every appliance was checked by their technician to guarantee it works well (the salesman was polite). However, we found that only the bulb was working after we installed it. The control panel and the heating system did not work at all!! So I called their repair service to schedule the troubleshooting. They told me that I have to wait at home from 8AM-5PM, because they could arrive at any time! My god, I wish they can have some common sense and improve their management! So far, I have wasted 5 hours to make the appointment. And, it is still not successful! NEVER buy anything from the Sears Outlet!

They only had 2 employees working on a saturday. Both were extremely busy with customers. We and others waited in line to purchase items. Finally after waiting 30 minutes someone came in to help us. We bought a clothes washer but you all need more employees to handle cash register. I was about to walk out when someone came in. You are going to lose business. If someone ask me if you are a good place to go to I will tell them go some where else it takes to long because of lack of employees. I feel sorry for those 2 employees they had their hands full.

Sales associate was extremely polite and helpful. She knew the system very well placed an online microwave order for us as the needed model was not there in the outlet store where we were shopping. She also recommended shop your way profile creation that I agreed for, Not only that she even called the online customer care for us so that we can get the points from microwave purchase for our future shopping. She really went out of her way to help us. I appreciate her patient and calm temperament which really made our shopping a pleasant experience.

Enjoyed my time looking around for future appliances, a lot to choose from and not badly damaged items as well. Pricing was better model for model compared to new items at other stores. Just keep in mind that these are scratch and dent stuff so as long as your not too picky you will find a good deal.

My husband and I recently moved to the San Antonio area, we decided to check out this Sears Outlet and normally I dont write online reviews but the customer service here was phenomenal and we will definitely be coming back soon to buy our appliances. Great prices and great employees!

None of the staff notice you when you walk in. They dont offer to help. Appliances are at discount but have damage like dents and scratches. Theres a 15% restocking fee if you return it plus you have to have it checked by a technician to say it doesnt work.

Bought ane refrigerator, they delivered the wrong one, had to take it back. I had to fight for them to give me a temporary one. Then they scratched up my floor. They tried to lie to me about prices. Awful. Everything awful. Will never buy from them again.

Your basic outlet store! Electric and gas appliances were all mix together, it was confusing trying to look for a matching electrical washer and dryer. We spent about 30mins inside and not once did anyone greet or help us.

This is the stores score not the employees. The staff dealt with the registers and equipment not functioning. The staff was helpful and informative, plus kept a good attitude despite using a system that was down.
