Im normally not the kind of person to write a review. In fact, I dont think I ever have but our experience with midstate furniture was exceptional. The owners and staff are so accommodating, they went back and forth with us so much with texts and phone calls trying to make sure the couch we were looking at was just what we wanted. I live 3 hours from midstate and had seen a couch at a very high end furniture store (where I lived) that I had fallen in love with but the price tag was something we could never afford. Midstate furniture had the same exact couch I had fallen in love with at less then half the cost of what the other store was selling it for! They have such amazing prices and work the with customer tremendously to make sure you are happy! They do great business!

The associates working were very friendly and helpful, however we purchased a stove that was supposed to be in perfect working condition , we drove home got rid of our old cook stove ,unloaded and set up the new cook stove ,the oven didnt work.so then we had to wait all weekend to meet a repairman with the stove 25 miles away and drop it off, we had to do without a stove at all for a week, our old stoves cooktop worked at least but we got rid of it .so microwave food for a solid week.not happy with whatever policy they have .I understand scratch and dent items but we still spent quite a bit.

I absolutely love this store!! My husband and I bought a washer and dryer recently and Im not the kind of woman that goes around bragging about my appliances but I tell everyone about mine. We got quality merchandise at some amazing prices. The staff was knowledgeable but not pushy, the financing was easy and we were offered several options. They are competitive with the big box stores yet locally owned. We will make all of our future purchases from them.

I have always hated going to furniture stores and car dealerships thinkin Im getting hosed and/or cheated. Ive been to a few places in a quick effort to furnish my home when I moved to little rock suddenly. Do yourself a favor a stop in because I stopped by almost every other place and left with the all too farmiliar feeling than I was being hustled. Honesty is key and youll get just that at midstate.
