DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! This place is a joke. Their appliances are Good as Trash. I purchased a washer/dryer set, connected them the same day they were delivered and guess what, they did not work! Dryer did not turn on and Washer makes a loud squeeky, banging sound that shakes the entire house. Im sure you can definitely hear the sound to the other end of the street. They will give you every excuse in the book not to fix them even though they give you a 90 day warranty. I called them the next day to let them know, but an angry rude lady tried telling me that I had to pay for a technician to come over and fix them. She even blamed me and said we must not have working electricity in our home. The other choice they gave me was to "walk me through the steps over the phone to repair it myself." REALLY??? They ended up coming out a week later after much hassling and looked very bothered, they began banging and hitting the washing machine like crazy, thirty minutes later they said its fixed. Turned it on and it is still making the same loud sound. Never again, Im taking a trip to Home Depot this weekend to do what I should have done in the first place. Very unprofessional, uneducated and a lack of customer service. I wouldnt be surprised if they are getting their appliances from the trash or buying them broken and re-selling them as is. HORRIBLE! Why would someone stoop so low like this. The other point I must make is they speak very little broken English. They have two locations, one on 2806 I- 410 Access Rd, San Antonio, TX 78227 and the other location on 14309 Toepperwein Rd Ste 201. San Antonio, TX 78233. They used to be called Joses Good as New Appliances but changed their name for obvious reasons. Also found several records on the BBB website with the same complaints from customers, Problems with Product/Service . Hope this helps someone from making the same mistake I made.

Fraud!!! Scammers!! Thiefs!! They sell appliances they know dont work and they DO NOTHING to fix them. Even when you call the right away and let them know it doesnt work, and they HAVE a warranty, they tell you you have to PAY to get it repaired! They sold me a stove that has an electrical short in it. When my husband called right away they told him he would have to pay to fix it. We tried to call again and they wont answer the phone. Tried all day Friday w/ no answer. Called Saturday only to have the hang up on me. Will make my next 3 calls to the FTC, News 4 Trouble Shooters and an Attorney if needed! Paid $265 for something that DOESNT WORK!!!

I chose to buy a gas stove from this business based on reviews from people I know. However, it was a huge mistake. It didnt work and filled the house with gas! They claimed to be able to fixed the stove but of course they couldnt because they were missing the pieces. They claim to replace it, but didnt have anything decent to trade. They have a no return policy, which I have learned means, we sale junk, so we dont want it back!

Very Shady Business! I called and wanted to buy several washer/dryer sets for rental properties I own. The guy at this business did not want me to come to the biz location. He kept saying that his truck was loaded with appliances and he can deliver asap. When I told him I would like to check out appliances first at his location....he hung up on me.

I bought a refrigerator from here January 2016. Next day delivery and install. The lady even came back to replace inside door. The appliances have a few dings and scratches, but you know of them before you buy. It is expected from a second hand store. The refrigerator does its job and I will definitely revisit. Great place with great bargains!

We purchased a washer and dryer set here 6 years ago! They still work great! We needed a part replaced and they came out for free and replaced it! Very helpful!
